daily li e, in luencing communica ion, lea ning, and social
in e ac ion. Digi al accessibili y—de ined by Ribble (2011) as ― ull
elec onic pa icipa ion in socie y‖—has eme ged as a basic human
igh , ensu ing ha all indi iduals can in e ac wi h digi al con en
ega dless o hei physical, in ellec ual, o senso y abili ies.

Technology, when hough ully designed and implemen ed,
can g ea ly enhance independence, academic achie emen , and
