ABSTRACT

s udy analyzes he cu en condi ion o pa king acili ies, iden i ies majo challenges
such as he imbalance be ween demand and supply, conges ion in cen al dis ic s,
insu icien unde g ound and mul i-s o ey pa king s uc u es, and he lack o digi al
managemen sys ems. Based on analy ical obse a ions, he a icle p oposes s a egic
app oaches o op imizing pa king o ganiza ion, including he expansion o “Pa k &
Ride” sys ems, de elopmen o e ical and unde g ound pa king s uc u es, educ ion
o on-s ee pa king in cen al a eas, and he implemen a ion o sma pa king
echnologies. The indings emphasize ha mode nizing he pa king sys em is essen ial
