glucose abso p ion, which ul ima ely esul s in i s dea h, by dis up ing i s mic o ubule s uc u e. Albendazole is now a
widely ecommended medica ion in clinical p ac ice as well as public heal h campaigns because o i s b oad ange o
ac ions and demons a ed e icacy. I has g ea ly aided in he ea men o pa asi ic illnesses, which has helped o lowe

Albendazole is equen ly p epa ed using excipien s like s a ch, dex ose, suc ose, and gela in, which se e as diluen s
and binde s. Calcium ca bona e (CaCO3), alc, anillin, and sodium bica bona e (NaHCO3) a e added o enhance pH
balance, s abili y, and low. These excipien s imp o e pala abili y and pa ien accep abili y as well. To maximize he
medicinal e ec i eness o albendazole o mula ions, such combina ions a e equen ly used.

2.3.5. F iabili y
F iabili y es ing was pe o med o assess he able s’ abili y o wi hs and ab asion. A p e-weighed sample o i e able s
om each ba ch was placed in a Roche iabila o and o a ed 100 imes. The able s we e hen weighed again, and he
pe cen age weigh loss was calcula ed. Table s wi h a weigh loss o less han 1% we e conside ed accep able.
2.3.6. In- i o Disin eg a ion
The disin eg a ion es was conduc ed o e alua e he ime equi ed o able s o b eak down unde s anda d
labo a o y condi ions. Six able s om each ba ch we e placed indi idually in a disin eg a ion appa a us con aining
dis illed wa e main ained a 37 ± 0.5 °C. The ime aken o comple e disin eg a ion, lea ing no esidue, was eco ded,
and he a e age disin eg a ion ime o each ba ch was calcula ed.

4. Conclusion
The e alua ion o he i e Albendazole 400 mg able o mula ions (F1–F5) demons a ed ha all ba ches exhibi ed
sa is ac o y mechanical s eng h, uni o mi y, and d ug con en , wi h ha dness alues anging om 3.11 o 3.25 kg/cm²,
iabili y be ween 0.25 and 0.31 %, and consis en d ug con en a ound 246 mg. Va ia ions in excipien composi ion,
including s a ch, dex ose, gela in, and suc ose, sligh ly a ec ed able weigh and ha dness, ye all o mula ions
main ained accep able physical and quali y a ibu es. These indings align wi h p io esea ch on Albendazole able
de elopmen , highligh ing ha ca e ul selec ion o excipien s combined wi h op imized we g anula ion echniques can
yield able s wi h uni o m con en , s abili y, and po en ial he apeu ic e icacy. Mino di e ences in able weigh
indica e scope o u he op imiza ion o enhance dosing p ecision, bu o e all, he o mula ions ep esen a p omising
app oach o he e ec i e o al deli e y o Albendazole.
