The esea ch me hodology combines ex ensi e heo e ical analysis wi h an in-dep h s udy o p ac ical expe ience.
Ini ially, a e iew and syn hesis o scien i ic li e a u e, as well as ad anced domes ic and in e na ional p ac ices, we e
conduc ed. This helped analyze he heo e ical ounda ions and p ac ical achie emen s ela ed o he digi aliza ion o
ma e ial and echnical asse s. In he p elimina y phase, scien i ic a icles, epo s, legal and egula o y documen s, and
indus y s anda ds we e iden i ied and analyzed. Rele an ma e ials om o ganiza ions ope a ing in Uzbekis an and
ab oad we e e iewed o o m a comp ehensi e unde s anding o he cu en s a e and esul s o he digi aliza ion
p ocess. Fu he mo e, in e na ional expe ience, bes p ac ices, and managemen ecommenda ions we e also included in
he esea ch scope.
Su ey and in e iew me hods played an impo an ole in he me hodology. Based on discussions wi h o ganiza ional
employees, IT specialis s, secu i y depa men ep esen a i es, and o he s akeholde s, he s udy analyzed exis ing
challenges and mis akes in p ac ice. The collec ed da a we e coded, ca ego ized, and syn hesized using mode n analy ical
so wa e ools o iden i y sys em weaknesses, po en ial isks, and p ac ical p oblems.
To deeply examine secu i y issues in he digi aliza ion o ma e ial and echnical sys ems, obse a ion and moni o ing
me hods we e widely applied. By moni o ing o ganiza ions’ in o ma ion in as uc u e, so wa e, and equipmen bo h
online and o line, hei cu en echnical condi ions, managemen app oaches, and secu i y p o ocols we e s udied. The
moni o ing esul s e ealed a ious p oblems such as echnical and so wa e e o s, imp ope managemen me hods, and
inadequa e main enance o backup da abases.
Following his me hodology, expe imen al app oaches we e also implemen ed. The e ec i eness o digi aliza ion
ini ia i es and in o ma ion sys ems adop ed by o ganiza ions was e alua ed h ough p ac ical examples. Compa a i e
analysis was used o examine di e ences in in e nal p ocedu es and secu i y managemen among o ganiza ions ope a ing

we e used o compa a i ely assess exis ing sys ems and managemen p ac ices. Pa icula a en ion was gi en o
in e na ional s anda ds and ecommenda ions conce ning in o ma ion and echnological secu i y.
The s udy was based on se e al key scien i ic p inciples: a sys emic app oach, comp ehensi e analysis, objec i i y,
c i ical hinking, he applica ion o mode n s anda ds and p ac ices, and he in-dep h e alua ion o esul s om he
pe spec i es o economics and managemen . A each s age, iden i ied p oblems and hei causes we e analyzed, and
p ac ical solu ions aimed a imp o ing secu i y we e de eloped.
The esea ch placed special emphasis on s udying he human ac o ’s in luence on secu i y e iciency. Employees’
quali ica ions, assigned asks, aining p og ams, and mode n app oaches o p o essional de elopmen we e examined.
In e nal audi s and moni o ing sys ems conduc ed by managemen we e analyzed o assess secu i y h ea s a ising om
human e o . Au oma ed managemen sys ems designed o minimize human in e en ion and educe e o a es we e
b ie ly s udied and e alua ed o e ec i eness.
One o he co e componen s o he esea ch me hodology was he de ailed analysis o echnical, so wa e, and
o ganiza ional ac o s posing h ea s o secu i y. The s udy explo ed how e ec i ely in o ma ion in as uc u e, da a
ese es, and ma e ial- echnical asse managemen a e p o ec ed using mode n so wa e solu ions. Weaknesses in
digi aliza ion, de iciencies in p o ec ion mechanisms, equipmen mal unc ions, da a en y e o s, and o he ope a ional
issues we e examined. Fo each iden i ied p oblem, p oposed echnical, so wa e, and o ganiza ional solu ions we e
assessed using eal examples.
In e nal and ex e nal analysis me hods we e also applied as essen ial s ages o he me hodology. Compa a i e s udies
we e conduc ed on di e ences in o ganiza ions’ echnical and managemen p ac ices, s a egic decisions, and unique
in e nal p ocesses ela ed o secu i y. The ex e nal en i onmen including go e nmen policies, sec o al s anda ds,
digi aliza ion equi emen s, and ecen echnological achie emen s was analyzed o de e mine i s di ec and indi ec
in luence on secu i y managemen . In e nal p ocesses, such as in-house digi aliza ion p ac ices, in o ma ion managemen ,
and human ac o – ela ed challenges, we e examined in dep h.
Addi ionally, p ac ices and ad anced expe iences ega ding da a backup, enc yp ion, and au hen ica ion sys ems we e
e iewed. Di e en so wa e solu ions we e compa ed o e alua e hei impac on secu i y le els, e ec i eness, and
compliance wi h mode n equi emen s. Based on lowe -le el moni o ing, audi s, and inspec ions, in e nal and ex e nal
p ac ices aimed a imp o ing secu i y we e compa ed.
Finally, one o he c ucial pa s o he me hodology was he expe imen al e alua ion o ecommenda ions and model
solu ions. By s udying he s eng hs and weaknesses o p e iously implemen ed echnological and manage ial p ac ices,
he s udy iden i ied he ole o mode n echnologies in enhancing secu i y e iciency. The p oposed solu ions and
ecommenda ions we e analyzed based on empi ical e idence, and hei expec ed posi i e e ec s, po en ial e o s, and
challenges we e e alua ed wi hin an in eg a ed amewo k [5].
Resul s and Analysis

e ec i eness o digi aliza ion, special iden i ica ion echnologies (e.g., QR codes, RFID ags, biome ic de ices) a e
widely used. Howe e , in oducing such echnologies and mas e ing hei ope a ing p inciples can en ail bo h inancial
and o ganiza ional challenges. Connec ing new de ices o he sys em, con igu ing hei so wa e, and building a uni ied
managemen pla o m equi e addi ional esou ces, ime, and echnical expe ise.

s anda ds, adap ing bes p ac ices, and main aining an au onomous in o ma ion-secu i y policy wi hin each o ganiza ion
all ha e a signi ican impac . Because o ganiza ions di e in asse s, accoun ing and moni o ing echnologies, a ailable
esou ces, and skill le els, each mus de elop an op imal in o ma ion-secu i y s a egy ailo ed o i s needs and
capaci ies.
Common p oblems in digi alized in en o y managemen —such as ailing o egis e all de ices in a imely and comple e
manne , en e ing insu icien da a, o elying on ou da ed in o ma ion—nega i ely a ec bo h secu i y and e iciency. All
ope a ions in he digi aliza ion p ocess should be s anda dized and pe o med s ic ly acco ding o p ocedu e. Au oma ed
managemen sys ems equi e high accu acy, esponsi eness, and planning. O he wise, in la ge en e p ises wi h hund eds
o housands o de ices and pieces o equipmen , insu icien a en ion can lead o ope a ional s oppages, echnical
ailu es, inancial losses, and penal ies [6].
Losses, misapp op ia ion, unce ain y in u gen main enance, and aud may pe sis —o e en wo sen—i digi al sys ems
unc ion ine ec i ely, indica ing ha in eg a ion be ween adi ional and mode n echnologies is s ill incomple e in many
o ganiza ions. To o e come hese challenges, o ganiza ions should widely adop he la es ICT de elopmen s, enhance
exis ing so wa e pla o ms, p o ide con inuous s a aining, de elop obus secu i y policies, and implemen au oma ed
managemen sys ems aligned wi h cu en equi emen s.
Digi alizing he in en o y o ma e ial and echnical de ices has become a undamen al equi emen o mode n
companies and ins i u ions. While digi aliza ion acili a es gene al managemen and s eng hens da a con ol, i also helps
enhance ope a ional secu i y. Ne e heless, ecen analyses indica e ha app oxima ely 60–70% o o ganiza ions
encoun e p oblems o a ying se e i y du ing digi aliza ion. One o he mos common issues is incomple e compliance
wi h egula ions and s anda ds, esul ing in inco ec o delayed upda es o asse in o ma ion. S udies show ha in abou
40% o o ganiza ions, asse da a a e en e ed in o da abases la e. Addi ionally, inaccu a e o ou da ed en ies by s a
c ea e di ec secu i y isks, unde mining he in eg i y o egis ies and ad e sely a ec ing echnological go e nance.

ha in ecen yea s he numbe o o ganiza ions ha med by cybe a acks has exceeded 20%. Common causes include
weak passwo ds, ou da ed p o ec i e ools, and so wa e ulne abili ies. The isks o da a loss o he ia hacke s o
malwa e a e subs an ial. Whe e e ec i e backups and eliable sa egua ds a e no in place, loss a es can each 35–40%.
Analysis u he shows ha ou ages and ailu es caused by obsole e o incompa ible so wa e and echnological
in as uc u e sha ply educe secu i y e iciency. In e nal audi s e eal ha in 25% o o ganiza ions, echnical o so wa e
dis up ions can disable secu i y and moni o ing sys ems—posing majo isks. Pe sis en issues also exis in main aining
egula backups and o ganized a chi ing. Recen epo s indica e ha nea ly 45% o o ganiza ions ei he lack a comple e,
mode n backup sys em o ope a e one imp ope ly, making he eco e y o c i ical da a ex emely di icul in eme gencies
o unexpec ed ailu es.
O e all, o enhance secu i y e iciency h ough digi aliza ion, he i s p io i y is o educe human- ac o isks by
upg ading s a quali ica ions, conduc ing con inuous moni o ing and inspec ions, deploying ad anced p o ec ion,
au hen ica ion, and enc yp ion ools, sa egua ding in o ma ion eposi o ies, and managing p ocesses unde clea
egula ions. E idence shows ha in o ganiza ions implemen ing in eg a ed new sys ems, secu i y e iciency inc eases by
10–15% annually [7].
Ensu ing in o ma ion secu i y in main aining digi al egis ies is i al o con empo a y socie y. As digi al echnologies

Consequen ly, o ganiza ions, ins i u ions, and use s mus gi e se ious a en ion o he sa e and eliable s o age and
ansmission o such da a. Digi al egis ies o en con ain pe sonal, inancial, comme cial, o s a e sec e s; each da um
can be highly aluable and, i misused, can lead o signi ican losses. The e o e, s ingen p ocedu es o use onboa ding
and access igh s a e essen ial. Mode n ools should be used o use iden i ica ion and au hen ica ion, g an ing each use
indi idual access c eden ials wi h con iden ial passwo ds; wo- ac o au hen ica ion p o ides an addi ional laye o
p o ec ion.

Res ic ing and con olling unau ho ized access o sys ems and da abases is equally impo an . Only employees who need
speci ic in o ma ion o hei du ies should ha e access o i ; ex e nal use s should be denied access o s ic ly con olled
and con inuously moni o ed. All ac ions wi hin he sys em—da a modi ica ions, downloads, dele ions-should be ully
logged. Moni o ing enables ea ly de ec ion o suspicious e en s and p omp esponse, suppo ed by mode n moni o ing
sys ems and secu i y audi s.

phishing and o he social-enginee ing schemes, employees mus emain igilan and p omp ly epo any suspicious
ac i i y o managemen .

and an i-malwa e ools mus be ins alled on se e s and wo ks a ions, accompanied by use guidance o a oid unsa e
downloads, suspicious links, and un e i ied iles. Fo maximum secu i y in main aining digi al egis ies, he use o
VPNs and o he secu e communica ion ools is e ec i e-especially o emo e wo ke s who should connec only h ough
p o ec ed channels.
Finally, o ganiza ions mus o malize a comp ehensi e in o ma ion-secu i y policy ha clea ly de ines each use ’s
esponsibili ies, accoun abili y, eme gency p ocedu es, and audi and moni o ing equi emen s. In his way, he
con iden iali y, in eg i y, and eliabili y o da a in digi al egis ies can be assu ed a a high le el, p e en ing ad e se
impac s. In sum, in o ma ion secu i y equi es a con inuous, ad anced, and holis ic app oach: he coo dina ed applica ion
o so wa e, echnical, and o ganiza ional measu es is c i ical no only o mi iga e cu en h ea s bu also o an icipa e
