nomics o wel a e is becoming e en mo e ele an , as
he economic app oach is apidly being implemen ed in
a i icial in elligence (AI) and machine lea ning (ML) sys-
ems” (Coylee al.,2023).
Achie ing a high le el o wel a e in Uk aine is
challenging due o exis ing inequali y, inancial and
economic c ises, and he imposi ion o ma ial law.

The heo e ical basis o his s udy d awn on academ-
ic ma e ials by esea che s om he Uni ed Kingdom,
he USA, Canada, Tu key, G eece, China, and Uk aine,
which enabled he e alua ion and compa ison o di-
e se app oaches, pe spec i es, and heo ies conce n-
ing he na u e and impo ance o he WE and EE in p o-
mo ing na ional economic p ospe i y and imp o ing
quali y o li e. The ime ame o he bibliog aphic e-
iew and analy ical assessmen was su icien ly b oad
o allow o a comp ehensi e academic in es iga ion,
co e ing he pe iods be o e, du ing, and a e he COV-
ID-19 pandemic, mili a y con lic s, economic ins abili y,
and poli ical ensions.

de pe o mance in he anking. The Human De elop-
men Repo 2023/2024, p epa ed by P.Conceiçãoe
al.(2024) wi hin he amewo k o he Uni ed Na ions
De elopmen P og amme (UNDP), o med ano he
ounda ional elemen o he esea ch. I p o ided coun-
y-le el da a on he Human De elopmen Index (HDI),
a key indica o ac o in assessing na ional well-being.
In addi ion, he s udy d ew on s a is ical da a om he
in e na ional audi and consul ing i m PwC (P icewa-
e houseCoope s), which moni o ed he s a e o he
en e ainmen and media ma ke in 2024 and o e ed
o ecas s up o 2028. This analysis conside ed ising
public in e es in digi al echnologies, leisu e, educa-
ion, and daily ac i i ies (Global en e ainmen & media
ou look 2024-2028…, 2024). Acco dingly, he da a used
in his s udy o e ed insigh s in o bo h he cu en s a e
o he WE and he en e ainmen economy and enabled
a me hodologically g ounded scien i ic in es iga ion.
To achie e he esea ch objec i es, he ollowing
scien i ic me hods we e applied: he s uc u al-logical

es s o all Uk ainians, aking in o accoun physical and
psychological cha ac e is ics, social s a us, eligion,
age, and gende .
Leading na ions in he p og essi e ad ancemen o
he WE include Singapo e (7 illion USD), Sou h Ko ea,
and Japan. In e ms o EE, he Uni ed S a es holds he
leading posi ion (6.5 illion USD), ollowed by he Uni -
ed Kingdom and Ge many (D zeniek e al.,2024). The
s eng hs behind he de elopmen in hese coun ies
include coo dina ed collabo a ion be ween go e nmen
and indus y, as well as s ong po en ial in he ields o
cul u e, en e ainmen , and, no ably, spo s. Resea ch-
e s D.Coylee al.(2023) aised he issue o a po en ial e-
con igu a ion o he WE. They suppo ed his a gumen
conce ning p esen conce ns such as mo al p inciples,
human beha iou unde he in luence o digi al echnol-
ogies, he clima e c isis, deba es su ounding economic
inequali y, he pandemic, acial and gende issues, and
he eme ging heo e ical and empi ical ounda ions o
he wel a e economy in he 21s cen u y.
C.Ca bonnie (2023) explo ed he ques ion o in e -
gene a ional jus ice g ounded in well-being. The au ho
no ed ha , wi hin a ypical socie y, inc eased pu chas-
ing powe o e ime gene ally con ibu es o g ea e
well-being; howe e , his ela ionship became signi i-
can ly mo e complex ac oss gene a ions. Addi ionally,
Y.-K.Ng(2023) examined he impac o changes in he
ax sys em on well-being– a guing ha highe axes on
he weal hy could bene i he less a luen . On he o h-
e hand, such measu es “may lead o he ich and poo
ha ing less incen i e o ea n highe incomes”. In exam-
ining he EE, esea che s F.Şeke & K.Unu (2022) con-
cluded ha he quali y o en e ainmen and he le el o
sa is ac ion de i ed om i ha e a di ec impac on he
EE. They also in es iga ed he in luence o he ou ism
sec o , highligh ing ha pe cep ions o en e ainmen ,
a elle sa is ac ion, beha iou al in en ions, and ec-
ommenda ions om acquain ances and a el agencies
play a signi ican ole in shaping his economy.

while V.L.Ose skyie al.(2020) ha e examined a ious
aspec s o he EE in he con ex o he digi al ans o ma-

such as models o shaping he expe ience economy
h ough he lens o inclusion and accessibili y and he de-
elopmen o he WE h ough no el applica ions o social
inno a ions – emain unde explo ed. Mo eo e , he e

elopmen ends and he unde lying causes o dispa i-
ies. The compa a i e me hod suppo ed he academic
e iew o a ious concep s and app oaches ela ed o
he o ma ion and de elopmen o he WE. The me h-
od o scien i ic ac s enabled a clea p esen a ion o he
key ideas unde lying he Fi s and Second Wel a e Theo-
ems. Me hods o analysis and syn hesis we e employed
o examine he impac o social inno a ions, digi al ech-
nologies, inclusion, and accessibili y on consump ion
s uc u es wi hin he WE and EE. Finally, he me hod o
conc e isa ion was used o iden i y and e alua e he spe-
ci ic elemen s linking he WE and EE in inclusi e se ings.
Resul s and Discussion
When conside ing well-being, associa ions ypically
a ise wi h a ce ain le el o human p ospe i y, cha ac-
e , and an imp o emen in social s a us. In pa allel, one
may also speak o weal h, happiness, wel a e, and good
heal h, all o which a e in luenced by p ospe i y.
I.K.Tsa ae al.(2024) a gued ha i was necessa y
o e ise he adi ional unde s anding o a popula ion’s
wel a e. In addi ion o GDP, o he indica o s ha e lec
economic well-being and p ospe i y should be iden i-
ied and conside ed. The e icien alloca ion o a ailable
esou ces was o pa icula signi icance, u he em-
phasising he indispensable ole o inancial esou ces
in ensu ing social secu i y and he wel a e o socie y’s
membe s (Liue al.,2024). Indica o s commonly used o
assess popula ion wel a e include GDP pe capi a, he
consume p ice index, he unemploymen a e, and HDI.

Uk aine’s consume p ice index was 6.4% highe han
ha o Luxembou g. The unemploymen a e in Uk aine
was 2.15 imes highe han in Luxembou g, and i s HDI
was 0.193 poin s lowe . The WE was p ojec ed o each
app oxima ely 9 illion USD by 2030. Among he p io -
i ies o his economy we e holis ic heal h and pe sonal
de elopmen , alongside a global shi owa ds p oac i e
wellness s a egies (D zenieke al.,2024). Howe e , he
de elopmen o he WE con inued o be hinde ed by a
gene al lack o genuine awa eness among indi iduals
ega ding hei own p e e ences. I was essen ial o
shape hese p e e ences a he han me ely gene alise
(Coylee al.,2023).
The economic unde s anding o imp o ing li e

engaged in ac i e ec ea ion such as skiing, and u ned
o “g een” ou ism du ing he summe mon hs. In he
21s cen u y, he wel a e o he popula ion has been e-
lec ed in he possibili y o combining physical and men-
al de elopmen , while simul aneously exis ing wi hin
se e al eali ies– namely: i ual, augmen ed, en iched,
imp o ed, expanded and mixed. A.M. Feldman (1987)
no ed ha he mos e ec i e go e nmen policy o in-
c easing a na ion’s weal h was one ha in ol ed min-
imal in e en ion. Resea che P.J.Hammond(1997) a -
gued ha he i ual e e ence o pe ec compe i ion
