wo uni e si ies, Las Palmas de G an Cana ia (Spain) and Ibn-Zoh -Agadi (Mo occo). The esul s
show ha all he p oposed hypo heses a e suppo ed.

ounded by he Po uguese in 1500, wi h Mo occo gaining so e eign y in 1956. Agadi is cu en ly a
mode n ci y wi h a popula ion o 100,000. Like he Cana ies, Agadi is an impo an sun-and-beach
ou is des ina ion wi h mo e han 10 km o wide beaches wi h ine sand and an a e age empe a u e
qui e simila o ha o he Cana y Islands, bu mo e ex eme in win e and summe . Acco ding o

The sample used in his s udy was chosen om s uden s in he las yea s o he ou ism deg ee

Uni e si y (Mo occo). In all, 422 su eys we e adminis e ed, dis ibu ed in he ollowing way: 181 a
