Luang Rajamai i, known as he “Fa he o Eas e n
Rubbe T ees”, was a p ominen igu e whose
con ibu ions shaped he economic and social
landscape o Chan habu i. His esidence, o e 150
yea s old in Chino-Po uguese s yle, s ands as a
es amen o his legacy and he a chi ec u al
he i age o he a ea. The p ese a ion p ojec
in ol ed a unique en al ag eemen wi h he hei o
Luang Rajamai i, o e ing a 30-yea lease o a
nominal ee o 1 Bah pe mon h. The en e p ise was
es ablished wi h wo key ag eemen s: i s ly, a
po ion o he p o i s (10%) would be ein es ed in o
he communi y, and secondly, a leas one
communi y ep esen a i e would si on he
company's execu i e boa d o ensu e communi y
