2.2 INSTAGRAM ADDICTION
As consume s a e inc easingly spending subs an ial pa s o hei day on he in e ne ,

These answe s may also be seen as an indica o o he le el o compulsion hey eel

Besides, he mos common sel ies and pic u es o one-sel , abou hal o he esponden s also

Many o he s, especially younge emales, ha e a much longe p ocess behind hei

“Uhm, so whene e I ealize ha I ha en’ pos ed in a while, maybe a ound a mon h, I

Such long p ocesses going behind he pos s indica e ha he way hey p esen

Some o he mos in e es ing answe s in he in e iews we e gi en o Q10 and Q11,

whe he he esponden s engage in a eal-, ideal- o alse- p esen a ion o hemsel es. An

“Yes, I guess ha ma ches me. I hink I am a nice and unny pe son, so I make su e ha

Simila answe s we e mainly gi en by male, and olde esponden s. Whe eas mos
in e iewees answe s indica ed ha hey engage in ideal- sel -p esen a ion, such as S ilena
