Resumen:
A business p ocess is a collec ion o s uc u ed ac i i ies p oducing a
pa icula p oduc o so wa e. BPMN is a wo k low-based
g aphical no a ion o speci ying business p ocesses. Fo mally
analyzing such p ocesses is a c ucial challenge in o de o a oid
e oneous execu ions o he co esponding so wa e. In his pape ,
we ocus on imed business p ocesses whe e execu ion ime can be
associa ed o se e al BPMN cons uc s. We p opose an encoding o
imed business p ocesses in o he Maude language, which allows
one o au oma ically e i y se e al p ope ies o in e es on
p ocesses such as he maximum/minimum/a e age execu ion ime o
he imed deg ee o pa allelism ha p o ides a aluable guide o he
p oblem o esou ce alloca ion. The analysis is achie ed using he
ew i ing-based ools a ailable in Maude, which also p o ides o he
echniques (e.g., eachabili y analysis and model checking) o
e i ying BPMN speci ica ions. We applied ou app oach on a la ge
se o BPMN p ocesses o e alua ion pu poses.
