Spanish Absolute Constructions and Aspect

Abstract

Aquest treball està dedicat a l'estudi del valor aspectual de les construccions absolutes en espanyol. El seu objectiu bàsic es centra en la correlació existent entre la interpretació perfectiva d'aquestes estructures i la seva capacitat per a legitimar un SN subjecte fonèticament realitzat. Partint de l'esmentada correlació, hom argumenta a favor de la idea que els participis passats, ensems amb els predicats que seleccionen un argument "eventiu", projecten un nus ASP(ecte) que forneix el context estructural adequat per a assignar cas al SN subjecte.
