The hi d council was headed by Juozas Pikčilingis, he ou h council was chai ed by Jonas Palionis om 1974-12-02, he i h council was chai ed by Vy au as Būda om 1976-11-01, i was eplaced in 1976-10-09 by he council headed by B onio Sa ukyno. 1980-12-03 The council was simul aneously led by Juozas Pikčilingis.
