2018). Blockchain echnology o e s enhanced anspa ency and secu i y, especially in supply chain managemen and
con ac en o cemen , os e ing g ea e us among s akeholde s (Tapsco & Tapsco , 2016). None heless, he
complexi y and scalabili y issues o blockchain emain obs acles o widesp ead adop ion (Sabe i e al., 2019). Big da a

1) Enhanced Decision-Making
The posi i e impac o AI and da a analy ics on decision-making unde sco es a shi owa d mo e e idence-based
managemen app oaches. As manage s inc easingly ely on eal- ime da a and p edic i e insigh s, hey can espond
mo e swi ly and e ec i ely o dynamic business en i onmen s. This aligns wi h p io esea ch sugges ing ha digi al
ans o ma ion enables agili y and imp o es compe i i e ad an age (Smi h & Jones, 2021).
