linguocogni i e app oach is one o he cu en scien i ic issues.

use o wo means (acous ic and isual) in cinema dis inguishes his a o m om

speech is s udied as a whole complex o linguis ic, psychological, and social
phenomena and as one o he ypes o speech. The a eas o in e es o such s udies

speech and hei classi ica ion, i s unc ions, analysis o dialogues as a linguis ic
componen o he ilm, e c.
A he beginning o he 20 h cen u y, cinema began o be s udied om a

o cha ac e ize discou se as a cogni i e phenomenon, since discou se in luences
he sys em o da a ansmission and in o ma ion p ocessing, as well as he ac ions
o decoding and in e p e a ion. We can see ha esea che s who ha e wo ked on
discou se o en ely on he de ini ion gi en by N. D. A u yuno a: "Discou se is a

linguocogni i e analysis o cinema means iewing he ilm no jus as a s o y, bu
as a " o m ha shows consciousness h ough language. "Th ough his app oach,

dialogues, images, and isual signs o he ilm being s udied.
