Abs ac . An alcohol eac o was ins alled in he in ake sys em o he "Onix" au omobile
engine and es ed. Acco ding o he esul s o he expe imen s, he con en o ca bon monoxide
(CO) in he exhaus gases dec eased by 1.28% and he amoun o unbu ned hyd oca bons (CH)
dec eased by 2.10%. The annual economic e iciency amoun ed o 26,369,812 UZS/yea , he
payback pe iod was 0.04 yea s, and he e iciency coe icien eached 26.37.

is mo o ehicles, which accoun o nea ly 70% o he o al ai pollu ion. Exhaus gases (EG) om
au omobiles ha e he g ea es impac on he composi ion and quali y o he a mosphe e as
pollu an s [2,3].

gasoline–ai mix u e (con ol), he engine powe was 51.3 kW; when ope a ed on an alcohol–ai
mix u e, i dec eased o 48.5 kW; whe eas wi h con ol + alcohol ope a ion, i inc eased up o 55.6
kW. Fuel consump ion on he con ol was 6.69 L/h, on he alcohol–ai mix u e i was absen , and
on con ol + alcohol ope a ion i was 4.98 L/h. Alcohol consump ion was ze o in he con ol, 15.31
L/h wi h he alcohol–ai mix u e, and 6.58 L/h wi h con ol + alcohol. The CO con en in he
exhaus gases was 4.06% in he gasoline–ai mix u e, 0.27% in he alcohol–ai mix u e, and 1.89%
in he con ol + alcohol mode. Simila ly, he unbu ned hyd oca bons (CH) con en amoun ed o
5.15%, 0.21%, and 1.30%, espec i ely [7].
When he alcohol eac o de ice was ins alled in he in ake sys em o he “Onix”
au omobile engine, i s economic e iciency was de e mined. I was es ablished ha when he
engine ope a ed on con en ional uel (gasoline), he cos pe 1 km o a el was 2430.30 UZS/km,
wi h 1 li e o gasoline co e ing 15 km. When he alcohol eac o was ins alled in he in ake
sys em, 1 li e o gasoline allowed he ehicle o co e 19 km, he cos pe 1 km was educed o
2275.92 UZS/km, he annual economic e iciency amoun ed o 26,369,812 UZS/yea , he payback
pe iod was 0.04 yea s, and he e iciency coe icien eached 26.37 [8].
Conclusion. The esul s o his s udy demons a e ha he use o alcohol eac o s in
au omobile engines is no only en i onmen ally bene icial bu also economically and p ac ically
e icien . The signi ican educ ion o ca bon monoxide (CO) and unbu ned hyd oca bons (CH) in
exhaus gases se es as an impo an ac o in p e en ing a mosphe ic ai pollu ion. A he same
ime, he educ ion in uel consump ion and he annual economic bene i exceeding 26 million
UZS ep esen a majo ad an age o he p ac ical implemen a ion o his de ice.

unde he condi ions o Uzbekis an bu also on a global scale. The in oduc ion o he alcohol

ecological de elopmen . This c ea es an oppo uni y o he e icien u iliza ion o con en ional
oil and gas uels, whose ese es a e apidly deple ing wo ldwide.
Ul ima ely, his wo k ensu es mo e e icien use o con en ional oil and gas uels,
imp o emen o engine pe o mance, and educ ion o he mos ha m ul exhaus emissions—
ca bon oxides and unbu ned hyd oca bons. In he u u e, i will be necessa y o s udy he po en ial
o using di e en ypes o alcohol—e hanol, me hanol, and bioe hanol—as well as o conduc hei
compa a i e analysis. This will allow u he enhancemen o he ecological and economic
pe o mance indica o s o au omobile engines.
