3. Resul s and Discussion

sys ema ize he main con lic cha ac e is ics o leading p emium es ablishmen s. Con lic s in p emium es ablishmen s
a e cha ac e ized by a high deg ee o complexi y and a a ie y o classi ica ions, signi ican ly su passing hose in he
mass ma ke [2, 3, 5]. In e ms o o igin, con lic s can be ca ego ized as ex e nal, in e nal, o echnological. Depending
on he pa ies in ol ed, in e ac ions may be classi ied as “clien -s a ,” “clien -clien ,” “s a -s a ,” o “clien -
adminis a ion.” The causes o con lic si ua ions can be se ice- ela ed, cul u al, psychological, o o ganiza ional.
The in ensi y o con lic s anges om a la en (hidden) s age o an open and escala ing con lic . Based on emo ional
ension, con lic s a e con en ionally di ided in o “cold,” “wa m,” and “ho ” con lic s. S a us- epu a ion con lic s—
s emming om issues o ecogni ion, exclusi i y, and p io i y—as well as in e pe sonal eli e con lic s ela ed o
compe ence, communica ion s yle, and pe sonalized in e ac ions, play an impo an ole. A sepa a e ca ego y is o med

model, EQ comp ises componen s such as sel -awa eness, sel - egula ion, mo i a ion, empa hy, and social skills. In he
p emium con ex , empa hy and social skills a e pa icula ly impo an , as hey enable s a o unde s and he emo ional
s a e o he clien and manage communica ion e ec i ely.
