Pu pose o he s udy: This s udy examines he e o m o pha maceu ical educa ion, ocusing
on successes, challenges, and eme ging oppo uni ies. As heal hca e con inues o e ol e, so oo mus
he educa ion o u u e pha macis s. The esea ch highligh s success ul in eg a ions o echnologies
such as AI and digi al lea ning pla o ms, as well as he g owing emphasis on p ac ical aining.
Despi e hese ad ancemen s, challenges emain, including ou da ed cu icula, esis ance o change,
and global dispa i ies. The s udy iden i ies oppo uni ies, including AI-d i en pe sonalized lea ning,
in e disciplina y collabo a ion, and a ocus on global heal h issues, o be e align educa ion wi h he
e ol ing needs o mode n heal hca e.
Ma e ials and me hods: A mixed-me hods app oach was employed, beginning wi h a
comp ehensi e li e a u e e iew o ecen pha maceu ical educa ion e o ms. Su eys and in e iews
we e conduc ed wi h educa o s, s uden s, and indus y p o essionals o ga he insigh s in o successes
and challenges. Case s udies om global ins i u ions we e analyzed o iden i y bes p ac ices.
Addi ionally, a compa a i e analysis o pha maceu ical educa ion sys ems ac oss di e en egions
was pe o med. Da a we e analyzed o assess he e ec i eness o cu en e o ms and iden i y
eme ging oppo uni ies.
Resul s: The s udy ound ha in eg a ing echnology, such as AI and digi al pla o ms,
signi ican ly enhanced s uden engagemen and pe sonalized lea ning. P ac ical aining h ough
in e nships and simula ions also imp o ed s uden s' eadiness o eal-wo ld applica ions. Howe e ,
