ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ ЗДОРОВОГО И БЕЗОПАСНОГО ПИТАНИЯ ДЕТЕЙ В
ДОШКОЛЬНЫХ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЯХ
Аннотация. В данной статье рассматривается организация здорового и
безопасного питания детей в дошкольных образовательных организациях.
Рассматриваются физиологические, гигиенические и педагогические аспекты
питания, подчёркивая важность сбалансированного питания для физического и
когнитивного развития. В исследовании подчёркивается роль воспитателей и лиц,
осуществляющих уход, в обеспечении безопасности пищевых продуктов, соблюдении
гигиенических норм и формировании здоровых пищевых привычек с раннего возраста.
Уделяется внимание национальным нормативным актам и международным
рекомендациям, касающимся планирования питания в дошкольных учреждениях, хранения
продуктов питания и соблюдения санитарных требований. Результаты исследования
показывают, что систематическое и научно обоснованное управление питанием в
дошкольных образовательных организациях вносит значительный вклад в благополучие
детей, укрепление иммунитета и академическую подготовку.

his age is cha ac e ized by apid physiological and psychological changes, he child’s body

pa en s. One o he main issues iden i ied is he inconsis ency in implemen ing hygiene and
die a y s anda ds ac oss di e en egions. In some ins i u ions, he lack o specialized die i ians

nu i ion la gely depends on h ee main ac o s: adhe ence o sani a y-hygienic no ms,
implemen a ion o scien i ically g ounded die a y s anda ds, and ac i e pa icipa ion o educa o s
and pa en s. The esea ch also indica es ha despi e posi i e e o ms in Uzbekis an’s p eschool
sys em, he e is s ill a need o ein o ce moni o ing mechanisms, inc ease p o essional aining
