Rele ance: Common aspbe y (Rubus Raspbe y (idaeus) is he mos common be y bush,
possessing high nu i ional and biologically ac i e p ope ies. Sou he n Kazakhs an, wi h i s di e se

Objec i e: o de elop a echnology o ob aining a d y ex ac om common aspbe y lea es,
p ese ing he high con en o biologically ac i e subs ances and ob aining a high-quali y p oduc o
use in pha maceu icals.
Resea ch me hods: 1. Collec ion and p epa a ion o aw ma e ials: Red aspbe y lea es we e
collec ed du ing he g owing season, when hey con ain he maximum amoun o biologically ac i e
subs ances. The op imal collec ion pe iod is June-July.
2. D ying he lea es: To p ese e he maximum amoun o biologically ac i e subs ances, gen le
d ying was used a a empe a u e no highe han 40-50°C. D ying du a ion : 6-8 hou s, un il he aw
ma e ial mois u e con en eached less han 10%.
3. G inding: The d ied lea es we e g ound o a powde wi h a pa icle size o 0.5-1 mm.
4. Ex ac ion: A 70% e hanol solu ion was used, as i is conside ed he mos sui able sol en o
ex ac ing la onoids , annins, and o ganic acids. The aw ma e ial o sol en a io was 1:10 (one
pa d y aw ma e ial o 10 pa s sol en ). Ex ac ion me hod: The aw ma e ial was in used a oom
empe a u e o 24-48 hou s wi h pe iodic s i ing. Ex ac ion was ca ied ou unde e lux a 40-60°C
o 2-4 hou s. This me hod accele a es he p ocess and inc eases he yield o ac i e subs ances.
5. Ex ac pu i ica ion: The esul ing solu ion was il e ed o emo e solid pa icles. Pape and
memb ane il e s we e used. The pu i ied ex ac was e apo a ed on a o a y e apo a o a a
empe a u e no highe han 40°C un il he olume was educed by 5-10 imes.
6. Ob aining a d y ex ac : he d y ex ac is a ligh o da k g een powde wi h a cha ac e is ic
odo and as e. Mois u e con en is no mo e han 5%.
7. The con en o biologically ac i e subs ances was de e mined using spec opho ome ic and
ch oma og aphic me hods.
Resea ch esul s: using his echnology, we ob ained a high-quali y d y ex ac o common
aspbe y, which will e ain i s medicinal p ope ies (Table 1):
