Аннотация
Современные биотехнологические подходы всё чаще востребованы для
повышения биологической эффективности и продуктивности крупного и
мелкого рогатого скота в животноводстве. Пищеварительная система жвачных
тесно связана с микробной активностью, и её физиологическое состояние может
быть оптимизировано посредством микробиологической обработки. В данной
статье исследуется эффективность биопрепарата, созданного на основе
ассоциации целлюлозолитических бактерий, способных расщеплять целлюлозу,
и пробиотических бактерий, восстанавливающих микробиологический баланс
организма. Изучены физиологические эффекты биопрепарата на животных, его
роль в улучшении пищеварения и влияние на иммунную систему.
Экспериментальные результаты продемонстрировали высокую биологическую
активность и экологическую безопасность данного биопрепарата.

Bio echnology o he Ins i u e o Mic obiology o he Academy o Sciences o
Uzbekis an ha e ocused on isola ing and analyzing celluloly ic bac e ia. A o al o 27
pu e bac e ial isola es we e ob ained om he s omach luids o small uminan s
(goa s), abbi s, and chickens, as well as om cellulose- eeding e mi es and ba k
bee les. The celluloly ic ac i i y o hese isola es was ex ensi ely s udied. The
mo phological cha ac e is ics o he bac e ial isola es we e examined and iden i ied
using ma ix-assis ed lase deso p ion/ioniza ion ime-o - ligh mass spec ome y
(MALDI-TOF). A p elimina y sc eening o he celluloly ic ac i i y o bac e ial s ains
isola ed om animals was conduc ed, e ealing signi ican celluloly ic ac i i y in
Bacillus species. Among he iden i ied s ains, he highes celluloly ic ac i i y was
obse ed in:4 s ains o Bacillus sub ilis sp. isola ed om goa s omach luid (0.233
U/ml).1 s ain o Bacillus sp. isola ed om e mi es (0.193 U/ml).
Addi ionally, wo selec ed s ains (1-Bacillus sp. and 2-Bacillus sp.) we e
capable o p oducing up o 0.34 mg/ml o p o ein. The highes ac i i y le el (0.38
mg/ml) was de ec ed in 3-B. sub ilis sp. isola ed om goa s omach luid. [2,6,15,16]

inhibi ion zones o 15–22 mm agains S aphylococcus au eus, Candida albicans, and
Esche ichia coli.The oxici y and sa e y o he bac e ial s ains we e assessed a a S a e
Ve e ina y Commi ee biolabo a o y, whe e hey we e ce i ied as sa e.To enhance he
celluloly ic ac i i y o he bac e ial s ains, esea che s op imized g ow h media and
cul i a ion condi ions:MPB (Mine al Pep one B o h), Hu chinson medium, and whey-
based medium we e es ed, wi h he whey-based medium p o ing he mos
e ec i e.Op imal condi ions o bac e ial g ow h we e de e mined o be pH 5.5 and a
empe a u e o 37°C.The highes enzyme ac i i y (1.56 U/ml) was obse ed in samples
supplemen ed wi h yeas ex ac and b an.
In he inal esea ch phase, he selec ed celluloly ic bac e ial complex was
lyophilized and es ed in abbi physiology expe imen s a he Depa men o Animal
Physiology, Sama kand S a e Uni e si y. The biomass o mula ion was ound o ha e
a posi i e impac on abbi espi a ion, blood pa ame e s, and weigh gain,
demons a ing i s po en ial as a unc ional supplemen in animal nu i ion. [2,4,15]
S ains o Bacillus sub ilis (wi h celluloly ic ac i i y) and Lac obacillus
acidophilus (wi h p obio ic p ope ies) we e selec ed o he s udy. The biop epa a ion
was p epa ed as an associa ion and es ed on Ka akul sheep. The e alua ion included
clinical and biochemical pa ame e s, weigh gain, eed con e sion a io, in es inal
mic o lo a composi ion, and gene al heal h s a us.
Resul s .In he expe imen al g oup ha ecei ed he biop epa a ion:weigh gain
was 12–15% highe compa ed o he con ol g oup;diges ibili y coe icien inc eased
by 8–10%;posi i e changes we e obse ed in leukocy e and hemoglobin le els; he
numbe o lac o- and bi idobac e ia in he in es inal mic o lo a inc eased, while
pa hogenic mic o lo a le els dec eased.The di e ences be ween he expe imen al and
