Resea ch objec i e. Ini ial s udies we e aimed a selec ing he o mula ion o a new he apeu ic
and cosme ic an i-in lamma o y c eam.
Ma e ials and me hods: The p esen esea ch was based on a e iew and compa a i e analysis
o scien i ic li e a u e, including a icles by Russian and o eign scien is s.
We used he ollowing subs ances as he ac i e p inciple o he c eam being de eloped:
Phy oin lam d y ex ac (VFS 42 Uz-5712-2024), salicylic acid (GF RUz 12/2021:0366); campho
(GF RUz 12/2022:1400); niacinamide (nico inamide) (GF RUz 12/2021:0047).
The auxilia y ing edien s we e selec ed o pe o m he ollowing unc ions: base and s uc u e
o ma ion, odo co ec ion ( ag ance), dissolu ion, emulsi ica ion, s abiliza ion, emulsi ica ion, and
pH co ec ion.
The doses o he ac i e ing edien s we e ag eed upon wi h pha macologis s, and he auxilia y
subs ances we e selec ed based on scien i ic li e a u e.
Resul s: The selec ion o ac i e ing edien s was based on hei he apeu ic e ec . Fo example,
"Phy oin lam" is a d y ex ac ob ained by he me hod o ci cula ion ex ac ion om a he bal
collec ion o chamomile lowe s, oak ba k, and S achys annua, which has an i-in lamma o y and
wound-healing p ope ies. Niacinamide is e ec i e due o i s an i-in lamma o y and egene a i e
p ope ies, s eng hening he skin ba ie and educing in lamma ion. Campho has a mild skin-
i i a ing e ec , which imp o es local blood ci cula ion and inc eases blood low. Salicylic acid
educes sebum due o i s sebo egula o y p ope ies, and i is also used as a b igh ening agen and
ke a oly ic.
Gi en he mul i-componen composi ion, we decided o use he ma hema ical planning o he
expe imen o de elop he o mula ion. The elease o he ac i e ing edien in biopha maceu ical
expe imen s was used as a esponse.
Using he me hod o ma hema ical planning, we selec ed he op imal auxilia y subs ances o
he composi ion o he he apeu ic and cosme ic c eam: ae osil and cas o oil we e chosen as he base
and s uc u e- o ming agen s, glyce in was chosen as he emollien , and sodium e abo a e was
chosen as he emulsi ie . In addi ion o hese ing edien s, we p oposed pu i ied wa e as he sol en ,
ea ee essen ial oil (which also has an i-in lamma o y p ope ies) as he odo co ec o , and ci ic
acid as he pH co ec o .
