biologically ac i e componen s o c eeping hyme and may expand he possibili ies o i s use in he
pha maceu ical and cosme ic indus ies.
The pu pose o he s udy: To ob ain a oma ic wa e om hyme he b by s eam dis illa ion and
o e alua e i s p ope ies.
Ma e ials and me hods: The objec o he s udy was a c eeping hyme he b ha es ed du ing
he lowe ing pe iod (June–July 2024) in he Issyk-Kul egion (jailoo Ka ky a).
Dis illa ion was ca ied ou in an appa a us wi h a capaci y o 1000 ml, whe e 10.0 g o d y aw
ma e ials and 600 ml o wa e we e placed. The p ocess was ca ied ou in a boiling wa e ba h o
90 minu es using a e e se e ige a o .
The con en o a oma ic wa e in e ms o hymol in absolu ely d y aw ma e ials (X, %) was
calcula ed using he o mula:

Resul s: Du ing he s udy, 500 ml o a oma ic hyme wa e was ob ained by s eam dis illa ion
in 90 minu es. As a esul , condensa ion o med, which con ains he wa e -soluble a oma ic
compounds o hyme c eeping hymol. Thus, he s eam dis illa ion me hod made i possible o ob ain
a s able p oduc sui able o u he use in pha maceu ical and cosme ic p ac ice.
Conclusions: The hyd ola e ob ained om he he b hyme c eepe , dis illed wi h s eam, is
cha ac e ized by he p ese a ion o ola ile a oma ic compounds o hymol, which p o ides i wi h
a mild an isep ic and an i-in lamma o y e ec . This con i ms he expediency o using hyme a oma ic
wa e in pha maceu ical and cosme ic p ac ice. A p omising a ea o u he esea ch is o s udy he
an ioxidan ac i i y o he hyd ola e, as well as o e alua e i s s abili y du ing long- e m s o age.
