Impo ance. Ch onic hea ailu e (CHF) is one o he mos un a o able pa hological

Pu pose: To choose a me hod and selec a g anula ion mode, o s udy he e ec o ac ional
composi ion, ela i e humidi y and p essing p essu e on he quali y indica o s o able s o he d ug
«Ni iko ».
Ma e ials and me hods. Technological p ope ies o ma e ials and quali y indica o s o
g anules we e de e mined acco ding o gene ally accep ed me hods. The s udy was s udied in he
me hods p esen ed in S a e Pha macopoeia o he Republic o Uzbekis an, ND and li e a u e.
In we g anula ion me hod, he ype, amoun , concen a ion o humidi ie s plays a e y
impo an ole in ob aining we . We ing ligh we used pu i ied wa e , suga juice, a solu ion o e hyl
alcohol o di e en concen a ions – 30, 40, 50, 70% and 2-10% po a o s a ch. The esul s o he
esea ch conduc ed showed ha 3 % s a ch solu ion was in ended o be used as a humidi ie , ha is,
he ob ained able s ully mee he equi emen s laid down in hee e s lis ed in S a e Pha macopoeia
o he Republic o Uzbekis an. The we abso p ion kine ics o he d ug in he selec ion o ille s and
p e ious s udies we e based.
Resul s. Expe imen al da a on he s udy o he in luence o echnological ac o s on he quali y
indica o s o he able s o he d ug «Ni iko » o he selec ed composi ion, which was de e mined
using ma hema ical planning o he expe imen by he 4×4 La in squa e me hod, a e p esen ed. The
ob ained alues o he esul s we e used o es he echnology o able s in p oduc ion condi ions.
F om he esul s o he s udy o he quali y indica o s o we g anula ed shee s, he ollowing we e
obse ed: №1, №4, he ha dness o he shee s ob ained by composi ion acco ding o he equi emen s
o S a e Pha macopoeia o he Republic o Uzbekis an, non-compliance wi h he equi emen s o
agmen a ion, and he shee s ob ained by composi ion №2 and №5 we e de e mined only by he
indica o s o agmen a ion and P oceeding om he abo e, u he s udies we e conduc ed acco ding
o he composi ion №3. Ob ained wi h he con en o №3 able s ac u e ha dness 66 N, decay 11
min. and he ha dness o he ic ion was de e mined o be 99,02%. Used 3% s a ch solu ion as a
mois u izing agen . The nex esea ch was de o ed o he s udy o echnological indica o s o he mass
o «Ni iko » able s, p epa ed unde he condi ions o he en e p ise on he basis o he selec ed

namely sca e ing, imp o ed he indica o s o sca e ing densi y. Also, he ob ained indica o s showed
ha a e he g anula ion o he subs a e, he sca e ing inc eased in size, and he sca e ing densi y
inc eased wice. Du ing he g anula ion, he size o he g anules was inc eased, he esul s ob ained
showed ha hey we e mainly in ac ions o -1000+500 µm. F om he ollowing echnological
indica o s, i was obse ed ha he sca e ing densi y was 602 kg/m3, sca e ing was 5,9·10-3 kg/s,
he angle o na u al all was 41 deg ees, he coe icien o p essabili y was 1,21, he coe icien o
densi y was 3,2, and i was seen ha hey had a ela i ely posi i e p ope y wi h espec o he
subs a e. I u ned ou ha he esidual humidi y is ce ain o be 2,0 - 3,5%. And he esul s ob ained,
in u n, indica e ha he auxilia y subs ances and he echnological p ocess a e co ec ly selec ed.
Conclusions. The me hod and mode o g anula ion a e selec ed. I was es ablished ha he
ac ional composi ion should con ain a dus -like ac ion (0.18 mm o less) o no mo e han 20%, he
esidual mois u e con en o he g anula e mix u e o able ing should be no mo e han 1-2 % and he
able p essing p essu e should be in he ange om 150 o 180 MPa.
