liquid ex ac o d inking a complex composi ion o he plan Bidens ipa i a L.
Me hods and echniques: The “Ge bo en” nu i ional biological supplemen (OBC) is
p oduced in he o m o phy o ea by he p i a e en e p ise “Ge bo a m” om a collec ion o local
medicinal plan s: i ikanak, dalacoy plan s, lea es o gazanda and min plan s. Medicinal plan s based
on his phy o ea we e ex ac ed in labo a o y condi ions using e hyl alcohol and liquid ex ac s we e
ob ained using a ious me hods.

me hod a 40%, 70% we e de e mined using he me hods gi en in he S a e Pha macopoeia o he
Republic o Uzbekis an, I edi ion (UzR DF I). o he egula o y documen s.
Resul s: The quan i a i e and quali a i e indica o s o liquid ex ac s ob ained om he
“He bo en” collec ion in 40% and 70% e hyl alcohol by he epe cola ion me hod we e de e mined:

ex ac s ob ained in 40% and 70% e hyl alcohol by he epe cola ion me hod we e g eenish-b own,

Se ice o he Republic o Uzbekis an. The con en o hea y me als in he liquid ex ac did no
exceed 0.01%, he d y esidue in liquid ex ac s ob ained in 40% and 70% e hyl alcohol was
(6.9%:5.24%). The alcohol s eng h was 35% in liquid ex ac s ob ained in 40% e hyl alcohol and
62% in e hyl alcohol ob ained in 70% alcohol. The quali a i e eac ion o he liquid ex ac s o
la onoids, which a e bioac i e subs ances, was a g een-yellow colo wi h a solu ion o 2% aluminum
chlo ide in 96% alcohol. Fo u he esea ch, he con en o ac i e subs ances in he liquid ex ac s
ob ained om he "He bo en" collec ion in 40%, 70% e hyl alcohol by he epe cola ion me hod is
being s udied by YuSSX and spec opho ome ic me hods.
Conclusions: Liquid ex ac s ob ained om he "He bo en" collec ion based on local medicinal
plan s by he epe cola ion me hod in 40% and 70% e hyl alcohol me he equi emen s o he 1s
