Rele ance: Blood plasma is a aluable biological luid ha con ains many p o eins,
immunoglobulins, coagula ion ac o s, and biologically ac i e subs ances. Rabbi plasma is widely
used in he pha maceu ical, bio echnology, and diagnos ic ields. To ensu e i s s abili y du ing long-
e m s o age and anspo a ion, i is necessa y o ob ain plasma in a d y o m.
Pu pose o he S udy: The pu pose o his esea ch is o de elop a echnology o ex ac ing
plasma om abbi blood using ci a e and o ob ain i in a s able, long- e m d y o m h ough
lyophiliza ion ( eeze-d ying). Addi ionally, he s udy aims o e alua e he deg ee o p ese a ion o
he biologically ac i e p ope ies o he ob ained plasma.
The speci ic objec i e is o de elop a echnology o p oducing ci a ed d y abbi plasma and
o in es iga e i s po en ial use in he de ec ion o S aphylococcus au eus. This includes:
- C ea ing a s able, d y o m o plasma sui able o long- e m s o age;
- De eloping an e ec i e diagnos ic eagen o he coagulase es ;
- P o iding a heo e ical basis o a echnological solu ion applicable o he apid and eliable
de ec ion o s aphylococcal in ec ions.
Me hods and Techniques: The esea ch combines bo h expe imen al and heo e ical
app oaches. In de eloping he echnology o ob aining d y plasma, scien i ic li e a u e, exis ing
bio echnological p ocesses, and da a ela ed o he s abili y o biologically ac i e subs ances we e
analyzed.

Resul s: A heo e ical echnological scheme o ob aining ci a ed d y abbi plasma was
de eloped. Lyophiliza ion was jus i ied as he mos e ec i e me hod o s able plasma p ese a ion.
I was heo e ically demons a ed ha econs i u ed d y plasma e ains i s coagula ion p ope ies. The
s udy p oposed i s use as a diagnos ic eagen o he coagulase es o de ec S aphylococcus au eus.
Fu he mo e, physicochemical, biological, and mic obiological quali y con ol c i e ia o plasma
we e de ined. The echnology p o ides p ospec s o c ea ing a con enien diagnos ic eagen ha
can be s o ed long- e m.
Conclusions: The echnology o p oducing ci a ed d y abbi plasma has been heo e ically
de eloped, and i s ad an ages as a diagnos ic eagen ha e been subs an ia ed. Lyophiliza ion (low-
empe a u e d ying) has been iden i ied as he mos op imal echnology o p ese ing plasma p o eins
and coagula ion ac o s. Since d y plasma e ains i s coagula ion p ope ies a e econs i u ion, i can
be e ec i ely applied in he de ec ion o S aphylococcus au eus h ough he coagulase es . The
echnology expands oppo uni ies o long- e m s o age, anspo a ion, and p ac ical use o he
eagen in diagnos ic labo a o ies.
