a b eak in he middle o he day o enjoy a ho d ink, usually co ee, al hough ea o juice can do.
You also ge a iny swee ea , like cinnamon buns (kanelbulla ), pas ies, biscui s, o e en open-
aced sandwiches. Bu he eal meaning o ika is i s social and hough ul pa s. I 's a planned
i ual o slow down, go away om wo k o compu e s, and alk o o he people in a calm way,
