Pu pose o esea ch: To explo e he po en ial o glycy hizinic acid, a i e pene saponin

Ma e ials and me hods: Subs ance: oo o he lico ice -250 g ;
Reagen s: 5% H2SO4, 28 ml; Ace one – 300 ml; Alcohol – 90%, 300 ml; КОН – 2 g; Glacial
ace ic acid – 50 ml;
De ices: analy ical scales, lasks, e e se chille , il e pape , po celain glass, pipe e, Buchne
unnel;
Me hods: Ex ac ion me hod, Labo a o y g inde ML 1, IR spec a, Pass online;
Resul : The biologically ac i e compound glycy hizic acid was ob ained by aqueous
ex ac ion. The c ude ex ac was u he pu i ied using ace one p ecipi a ion ollowed by epea ed
washing wi h alcohol. Upon iple isola ion, he yield o glycy hizic acid inc eased p og essi ely:
1.44% in he i s ex ac ion, 1.68% in he second, and 1.88% in he hi d.
2. The isola ed compound was cha ac e ized using IR spec oscopy and con i med as
glycy hizic acid. I s p ope ies we e compa ed wi h indus ial and pu e e e ence samples,
demons a ing consis ency in quali y.
3. Based on he ob ained subs ance, wo oph halmic dosage o ms we e de eloped in
acco dance wi h pha maceu ical equi emen s. Six oin men p o o ypes we e p epa ed, om which
o mula ion No. 5 (lanolin 2.5 g; aseline 15 g) was iden i ied as he mos op imal, and a
co esponding quali y speci ica ion was es ablished. In addi ion, a s able and anspa en eye d op
o mula ion was achie ed, wi h i s own quali y speci ica ion p epa ed.
Conclusion: Glycy hizic acid ep esen s a p omising biologically ac i e compound wi h
di e se pha macological e ec s, including an i-in lamma o y, an ioxidan , and an i i al ac i i ies.
The echnology applied in his s udy allows imp o emen o i s pu i y, he eby enhancing bo h quali y
and po en ial economic alue. Fu he pha macological in es iga ion o he de eloped dosage o ms
may pa e he way o he c ea ion o o iginal oph halmic d ugs aimed a ea ing common eye
diseases. Addi ionally, chemical modi ica ion o glycy hizic acid is ecommended as a s a egy o
enhance i s biological ac i i y and b oaden i s he apeu ic applica ions.
