Me hods and echniques: The expe imen s we e ca ied ou on he Reo es -2 de ice using a
cell consis ing o a sys em o S/S1 cylinde s wi h a Z( (cons an ) = 5.8.
The indica o o he de ice was ca ied ou in mode 1 (a 25, 40, 55oC) a a cons an empe a u e
o di e en numbe s. Be o e pe o ming he expe imen , he pas e was ho oughly mixed so ha he e
we e no oids and bubbles in he pas e. The pas e was placed in special glass ja s and he mos a ed
a a speci ied empe a u e (25, 40, 55 oC) ± 2 oC o 2 hou s. The sa u a ed shea s ess o he sys em
