Resul s: Based on su eys, ega dless o owne ship o m and s uc u e (chain pha macies,
indi idual pha macies, social pha macies, in e nal pha macies loca ed in ea men and p ophylac ic
ins i u ions), he main depa men s wi h almos all pha macy unc ions we e iden i ied. Fu he mo e,
85.0% o chain pha macies combined non-p esc ip ion and p esc ip ion depa men s, while 60.0% o
indi idual pha macies had hem as independen depa men s. When analyzing he p ocu emen o
goods, i was ound ha in 60.0% o pha macy ne wo ks, hey could no independen ly pu chase
asso men goods, while in 30.0%, his was possible only in speci ic cases, and in 10.0%, only o
hygienic p oduc s. The p ocu emen o he same p oduc om di e en supplie s by pha macies (bo h
chain and indi idual) indica es he absence o a uni ied app oach o p icing, which esul s in p ice
a ia ions.
Conclusion: S anda d ope a ional p ocesses imp o e cla i y o pha macy unc ions, minimize
e o s, ensu e anspa ency in d ug con ol, enable sales unde clea supe ision, and enhance he
sa e y o pha maceu ical ac i i ies. This inc eases ope a ional e iciency, educes he isk o e o s
and inancial losses, and gua an ees compliance wi h he GPP na ional s anda ds and legal
equi emen s.
