Rele ance: oncological diseases ank second a e ca dio ascula diseases in e ms o
mo ali y. S omach cance is one o he mos common oncological diseases. Gas ic cance anks 5 h
in e ms o oncological diseases (7%), and 3 d in e ms o mo ali y om cance (9%). Acco ding o
s a is ics, only 29% o pa ien s eco e . Me as ases a e obse ed in 80-90% o pa ien s wi h s omach
cance , wi h an ea ly diagnosis o he disease, he 6-mon h su i al a e is 65%, and in he la e s ages
o he p ocess - less han 15%. The highes su i al a e o s omach cance is in Japan (53%), in
o he coun ies i does no exceed 15-20%. I can de elop in any pa o he s omach and sp ead o
o he o gans, especially he esophagus, lungs, and li e . Mo e han 800,000 people die om his
disease e e y yea in he wo ld. The highes incidence is obse ed in people o e 60 yea s o age and
in men 2 imes mo e o en han in women. Gas ic cance was eco ded in hem mo e han 20 imes
mo e o en han in people aged 30-39 yea s.
Pu pose o he s udy: s udy o he a ional use o d ugs used in gas ic cance , analysis o
clinical guidelines and ecommenda ions o gas ic cance , and conduc ing pha macoeconomic
esea ch on d ugs used in he ea men o he disease.
Ma e ials and me hods: compa a i e analysis o d ugs, clinical obse a ions, cos analysis o
he disease, cos -minimiza ion analysis and e lec ion, as well as mode n s a is ical analysis.
Re ospec i e analysis o he "Medical Repo o he Pa ien in he Hospi al," he nomencla u e o
d ugs used o s omach cance .
Resul s: a pha macoeconomic assessmen o he second line o he apy was ca ied ou using
he "cos -e ec i eness" me hod and he "budge impac analysis" me hod in he ea men o s omach
cance using he d ug Ramu si umab. Ramu si umab is conside ed he only an ioangiogenic agen
and is cu en ly egis e ed as an agen used in he ea men o la e s ages o s omach cance .
Compa ed o s anda d egimens o he second line o gas ic cance chemo he apy, he use o he d ug
amu si umab is s a is ically signi ican and a he same ime con ibu es o an inc ease in he o e all
su i al a e o 30%. Ramu si umab can be cha ac e ized as a wo hy echnology om a clinical and
economic poin o iew, since he analysis conduc ed unde he " alue-e ec i eness" scena io
showed ha amu si umab was compa able in p ice o o lowe han o he an i umo d ugs con aining
monoclonal an ibodies included in he lis o an i i al d ugs. Acco ding o he "Budge E ec "
analysis, he p o ision o amu si umab o pa ien s in he la e s ages o s omach cance caused budge
sa ings ela i e o he p o ision o oncological pa ien s wi h be a sizumab, as uzumab, and
se uximab d ugs used in he ea men o he co esponding nosology.
Conclusions: acco ding o he esul s o he conduc ed esea ch, i can be seen ha
amu si umab has a good e ec on pa ien s when used in a mono egime, and we belie e ha his d ug
can be ecommended o he ea men o pa ien s in ou pa ien se ings.
