Pu pose o he s udy: o examine he ange and egis a ion dynamics o ansde mal d ug
deli e y sys ems in he Republic o Kazakhs an and he EAEU based on he analysis o o icial
egis ies.
Ma e ials and me hods: he s udy in ol ed he analysis o scien i ic publica ions indexed in
in e na ional da abases such as PubMed, ScienceDi ec , Elib a y, and Google Schola , add essing he
use and de elopmen o ansde mal he apeu ic sys ems. In addi ion, ma ke ing epo s and s a is ical
e iews e lec ing global TTS ma ke ends we e e iewed. Fu he mo e, da a om he S a e Regis e
o Medicines o he Republic o Kazakhs an and he Uni ied Regis e o Medicines o he EAEU we e
analyzed o de e mine he asso men o egis e ed TTS, hei dis ibu ion by manu ac u ing coun ies,
and he apeu ic applica ions. Me hods o con en analysis, compa a i e and s a is ical analysis we e
applied o ensu e objec i i y and comp ehensi eness o he s udy.
Resul s: he analysis o he S a e Regis e o Kazakhs an demons a ed ha he o al numbe o
egis e ed medicinal p oduc s exceeds 6,900 i ems, o which less han 0.5% a e ep esen ed by
ansde mal sys ems. Wi hin he TTS ca ego y, 18 p oduc s we e iden i ied, p edominan ly
manu ac u ed ab oad: Ge many (33%), Swi ze land (22%), and he USA (17%). The asso men
mainly includes nico ine eplacemen pa ches, analgesics ( en anyl), and ho monal p epa a ions
(es ogen-p oges ogen sys ems). A p esen , domes ic p oduc ion o TTS in Kazakhs an is absen .
The s udy o he Uni ied Regis e o he EAEU e ealed 41 TTS p oduc s, wi h leading posi ions held
by Russia (39%), Ge many (24%), F ance (12%), and Swi ze land (10%). Russian manu ac u e s a e
ac i ely expanding hei po olios o nico ine eplacemen and analgesic sys ems, e lec ing he
g ow h o his segmen in he domes ic ma ke . Compa a i e analysis indica ed ha he EAEU ma ke
o TTS is la gely o ien ed owa d impo ed p oduc s and mul ina ional companies; howe e , Russia
is g adually de eloping i s own p oduc ion base. Fo Kazakhs an, his p esen s signi ican po en ial

Conclusions: he ma ke o ansde mal he apeu ic sys ems in Kazakhs an and he EAEU
demons a es g ow h and inc easing in e es om bo h consume s and he medical communi y.
Despi e he limi ed p oduc ange and dominance o o eign manu ac u e s, Kazakhs an possesses
