ho monal imbalances, and p e en o manage in ec ions. Based on hese aspec s, conduc ing a
ma ke ing analysis o d ugs used in his ield wi hin he local pha maceu ical ma ke is highly
ele an .
Pu pose o he s udy: o conduc a ma ke ing analysis o he pha maceu ical ma ke o he
Republic o Uzbekis an ega ding medicinal p oduc s used in obs e ic and gynecological p ac ice.
Ma e ials and me hods: he s udy was ca ied ou using da a om he S a e Regis e o
Medicinal P oduc s, Medical De ices, and Medical Equipmen pe mi ed o use in medical p ac ice
in he Republic o Uzbekis an o he yea s 2020–2024. The d ug asso men was analyzed employing
con en analysis as well as asso men b ead h, comple eness, dep h, and enewal index as
me hodological app oaches.
Resul s: he analysis o d ugs used in obs e ics and gynecology by pha maco he apeu ic
g oups e ealed he ollowing: in 2020, a o al o 55 d ugs we e egis e ed ( o eign – 48, CIS – 5,
local – 2), whe eas in 2021 he igu e inc eased o 77 ( o eign – 62, CIS – 4, local – 11). In 2022, 83
d ugs we e eco ded ( o eign – 65, CIS – 4, local – 14), in 2023 – 78 ( o eign – 62, CIS – 2, local –
14), and in 2024 – 69 ( o eign – 53, CIS – 2, local – 14). Thus, he d ug asso men expanded in 2021–
2022, bu a g adual decline was obse ed in 2023–2024. Fo eign d ugs accoun ed o he majo i y
each yea (87% in 2020 and 77% in 2024). Ne e heless, he sha e o locally p oduced d ugs inc eased
s eadily: om 3.6% in 2020 o 20.3% in 2024. Among he pha maco he apeu ic g oups, G01A
(an imic obial agen s and an isep ics) ep esen ed he la ges segmen . The numbe o o eign
p oduc s in his g oup ose om 22 in 2020 o 43 in 2022 and emained s able he ea e , while local
p oduc ion appea ed in 2022 (10–12 i ems). G02 (o he gynecological p epa a ions) demons a ed a
g adual dec ease (15 in 2020 s. 4 in 2024). G02A (u e o onic d ugs), ep esen ed by one i em in
2020, expanded wi h he in oduc ion o local al e na i es in 2022–2024, indica ing he de elopmen
o domes ic p oduc ion. G03X (sex ho mones and modula o s o he geni al sys em) emained s able
wi h 1–2 o eign d ugs annually. L02A (ho mone an agonis s and ela ed agen s) and H01B (pi ui a y
pos e io lobe ho mones) did no change, consis en ly showing 1–2 o eign d ugs pe yea . J01X and
J02A (sys emic an ibac e ials and an i ungals) we e a ely used, appea ing only in ce ain yea s.
Fu he mo e, non-classi ied d ugs we e iden i ied: 3 in 2020, 6 in 2022, and 4 in 2024, e lec ing
exis ing challenges in classi ica ion and s anda diza ion.

Conclusions: he inc ease in obs e ic and gynecological diseases is associa ed wi h complex
ac o s and equi es comp ehensi e esea ch, ea ly diagnosis, and he de elopmen o e ec i e
ea men app oaches. Du ing 2020–2024, he ma ke o d ugs used in obs e ics and gynecology was
domina ed by o eign p oduc s, al hough local p oduc ion has been g adually s eng hening. The mos
signi ican p og ess has been obse ed in he p oduc ion o an imic obial and u e o onic d ugs. A he
same ime, educing he numbe o non-classi ied d ugs and aligning hem wi h he ATC sys em
emains an impo an scien i ic and p ac ical ask o he u u e.
