amino acids and a y acids, pho o ep ession p ocesses, blood coagula ion, calcium abso p ion, and
mo e. Among he wa e -soluble i amins, he B-g oup i amins (B1, B2, B5, B6, B9/ ola e, B12) and
i amin C a e exc e ed in u ine i consumed in excess, as hey a e no s o ed in he body. The e o e,
hei daily in ake is essen ial. These i amins play an impo an ole in s eng hening he immune
sys em, ensu ing p ope ene gy p oduc ion, and p o ec ing he body om a ious diseases.
The aim o he s udy: o de e mine he con en o wa e -soluble i amins in he he b o he
c eeping plan T i olium epens L. (whi e clo e ) using high-pe o mance liquid ch oma og aphy
(HPLC).
Ma e ials and me hods: he ae ial pa s o he c eeping plan T i olium epens L. we e
collec ed in Tashken ci y in 2025 du ing he ull lowe ing phase and used as he objec o s udy. Fo
he de e mina ion o wa e -soluble i amins using high-pe o mance liquid ch oma og aphy (HPLC),
ace a e bu e sys ems and ace oni ile we e used as eluen s (Figu e 1). Ch oma og aphic
condi ions: HPLC sys em: Agilen 1200, equipped wi h an au osample ; Column: Eclipse XDB-
C18, 5 µm, 4.6 × 250 mm; De ec o : Diode A ay De ec o (DAD), de ec ion a 250 nm; Flow a e:
0.8 mL/min; Eluen composi ion (ace a e bu e : ace oni ile): 0–5 min → 96:4; 6–8 min → 90:10;
9–15 min → 80:20; 15–17 min → 96:4; Column o en empe a u e: 25°C.
