Me hods and ma e ials: The biologically ac i e supplemen used o bile sec e ion consis s o
he ollowing medicinal plan s: lowe s o he bald ian plan , abo e-g ound pa o ga den co n lowe ,
ui s o wild ca o , oo s o u me ic, co n silk, mille , peppe min lea es, and he abo e-g ound
pa o ma shmallow plan . The ex ac was ob ained h ough pe cola ion wi h 70% e hanol. The
ex ac s we e e alua ed based on hei ex e nal appea ance, odo , as e, colo , d y esidue, alcohol
s eng h o densi y, hea y me als, and ac i e subs ances a e pu i ica ion om impu i ies. The
esul ing liquid ex ac was il e ed and concen a ed in a wa e ba h. The amoun o d y esidue in
he liquid ex ac was de e mined using he me hod desc ibed in XI DF (Pha macopeia). In he
subsequen analysis o he aw ma e ials, a g a ime ic me hod o de e mining polysaccha ides was
de eloped, which in ol ed p ecipi a ion and he collec ion o polysaccha ides.
The la onoids in he ob ained liquid ex ac we e iden i ied using spec opho ome ic me hods,
while couma ins we e iden i ied using ch oma og aphic spec opho ome ic me hods. The con en o
he ac i e subs ances in he medicinal p oduc s was de e mined using he Le en al-Ku sano me hod,
accep ed in XI DF. This me hod is based on he oxida ion o he analy es in acidic condi ions wi h
po assium pe mangana e.
Resul s: The ex ac ion e iciency o la onoids was ound o be 1.98%, while o d y
subs ances i was 9.31%. I was shown ha double ex ac ion ensu ed an a e age o 85-90%
sepa a ion o bioac i e compounds om he aw ma e ials. The p esence o la ones, la anones, and
la onols was con i med ch oma og aphically. Upon pe cola ion (ex ac ion) wi h 20%, 40%, 70%,
and 90% e hanol, he o al la onoid con en was de e mined o be 2.1%, 4.1%, 6.9%, and 4.1%
espec i ely. Quan i a i e analysis o la onoids was pe o med using a pho ocolo ime ic me hod.
The analysis o polysaccha ide con en e ealed a ange om 9.63% o 10.98%. Based on his
in o ma ion, a mode a e indica o o polysaccha ide con en was es ablished, no lowe han 9%. The
amoun o ac i e subs ances de e mined by spec opho ome y was ound o be 2.03%, while
acco ding o pe mangana ome y, i was 2.56±0.21%. The pe mangana ome y me hod was obse ed
o be he mos sui able o de e mining he amoun o ac i e subs ances and o s anda diza ion
acco ding o XI DF.
Conclusions: Based on he medicinal plan s g own and ound in he wild in ou Republic, a
d y ex ac in ended o he ea men o bilia y ac and li e diseases was ob ained. The physical-
