Objec i e. The aim o ou esea ch is o analyze he s o age condi ions and shel li e o he
diu e ic he bal p epa a ion “Ale a,” de eloped a he Depa men o Pha macognosy and
S anda diza ion o Medicinal P oduc s.
Ma e ials and Me hods. Expe imen s o de e mine he s o age condi ions o he il e -bag
p epa a ion “Ale a” we e conduc ed o assess quali y indica o s o he inished p oduc : appea ance,
au hen ici y, mois u e con en (%), deg ee o g inding (mm), mass o one package (g), con en o
wa e -soluble ex ac i e subs ances (%), mic obiological pu i y, and o al la onoid con en
(measu ed as u in, %) unde na u al condi ions — s o ed o 30 mon hs in a oom a 25 ± 2.0 °C and
ela i e humidi y o 60–75%. These pa ame e s we e compa ed wi h he ini ial quali y indica o s.
The he bal p epa a ion “Ale a” in il e -bag o m was packed in con aine s app o ed o
medical use. S o age o he il e -bag p epa a ion “Ale a” unde na u al condi ions was moni o ed
o e 2.5 yea s by e alua ing quali y indica o s e e y 6 mon hs and de e mining he con en o ac i e
subs ances.
Resul s. The s udy esul s showed ha he diu e ic he bal p epa a ion “Ale a,” packaged in
h ee di e en ypes o packaging ma e ials, main ained i s quali a i e and quan i a i e cha ac e is ics
h oughou he 30-mon h obse a ion pe iod. Howe e , he quali y indica o s o he he bal mix u e
packed in aluminum oil and nylon bags we e lowe han hose o he mix u e packed in il e pape
bags. The e o e, he p io i y o packaging ma e ials was as ollows: il e pape bag ˃ aluminum oil
bag ˃ nylon bag.
Conclusions. The diu e ic he bal p epa a ion “Ale a” s o ed unde na u al condi ions o 30
mon hs was e alua ed acco ding o he s udied quali y pa ame e s and echnical equi emen s. I was
es ablished ha he mos op imal packaging o “Ale a” is a il e pape bag. Addi ionally, he shel
li e o he p epa a ion unde oom empe a u e (25 ± 2.0 °C) and ela i e humidi y no exceeding 75%
was de e mined o be 2 yea s.
