Rele ance: Sea buck ho n (Hippophaë hamnóides) is a aluable sou ce o biologically ac i e
subs ances. While he ui is well-s udied, he lea es emain less well- esea ched, al hough hey
con ain a complex o i amins and an ioxidan s. De e mina ion o hei i amin composi ion is
impo an o use in he pha maceu ical and ood indus ies, as well as o he p e en ion o
hypo i aminosis.
Resea ch objec i e: The aim o ou wo k is o s udy he i amin composi ion o he lea es o
sea buck ho n Hippophaë hamnóides.
Ma e ials and me hods: The amoun o wa e -soluble i amins was analyzed by high-
pe o mance liquid ch oma og aphy (HPLC) based on he g adien elu ion mode. A bu e solu ion
wi h ace oni ile was used as he mobile phase. Iden i ica ion was s udied in he UV ange om 200
o 400 nm. Ch oma og aphy condi ions: Ch oma og aph - Agilen Technologies 1260. Mobile phase
(g adien mode) - ace oni ile-Bu e pH=2,92. (4% : 96%) 0-6 min., (10% : 90%) 6-9 min., (20% :
80%) 9-15., (4% : 96%) 15-20 minu es, injec ion olume-5mcl. The a e o he mobile phase was
0.75 ml/min. Ch oma og aphic column - Exlipse XDB C18 ( e e se phase), 5 mic ons, 4.6 x 250 mm.
Fi s , he plan was d ied and c ushed. 0.500 g o he g ound sample was weighed on an analy ical
balance. The sample was placed in a 300 ml la -bo omed lask. Then 50 ml o a 3% ace ic acid
solu ion was added. The mix u e was s i ed on a magne ic s i e wi hou hea ing o 6 hou s. A he
end o he p ocess, he mix u e was cooled and il e ed. Then 1 ml was pou ed in o special con aine s
and placed in a ch oma og aph o es ing. Fi s , wo king s anda d solu ions we e analyzed on a
ch oma og aph, and hen he p epa ed wo king solu ions we e analyzed. The esul s we e epea ed 3
imes and he a e age alue was aken.
Resul s: The samples o sea Buck ho n lea es (Hippophaë hamnóides)which was used in he
s udy we e collec ed in 2024 in Namangan egion o he Papal egion a he beginning o he au umn
pe iod (Augus , Sep embe ). The i amin composi ion was analyzed a e he plan was d ied unde
a canopy. The lea es o Hippóphaë hamnóides con ain wa e -soluble i amins such as: Vi amin B1-
Tiamin is ound in many oods. In he absence o hiamine, he ne es o he ex emi ies a e a ec ed,
causing he disease polyneu i is . Vi amin B1 in he lea es was 12.5 mg/% and i amin B2 was ound
in la ge quan i ies and i was 32.4 mg/% . Vi amin B2-Ribo la in is in ol ed in he p ocess o plan
g ow h and de elopmen , as well as in he p oduc ion o ene gy du ing he exchange o p o eins, a s,
ca bohyd a es. The i amin B3 was app oxima ely 18 mg/%. The s udy o samples o i amin C-
asco bic acid in plan s e ealed a ela i ely high con en in he abo eg ound pa , which amoun ed o
76.6 mg/%. Asco bic acid- i amin C plays an impo an ole in cellula me abolism, in main aining
he no mal s a e and epai o connec i e issue. I he human body does no ha e enough asco bic
acid, he s uc u e o bone cell issues is dis u bed, and ches disease occu s. In he body, asco bic
acid is no o med and does no accumula e by i sel .
