Summa y o Chap e 3:
1. The echnology o p ocessing local sheep wool ibe s was implemen ed in wo
s ages. In he i s s age, he wool ibe s we e p e ea ed wi h a solu ion o wa e and
u ea, hen d ied. In he second s age, he ibe s we e so ened using a solu ion p epa ed
based on Ciba Sapamine OC and T iamon, which was hen spun in a newly de eloped
de ice.
2. Compa ed o sp ing wool, he ini ial diame e o au umn ibe is 20% less in all
op ions, and he inal diame e a e ibe p ocessing is 20.12% less in op ion 1, 20.4%
in op ion 2, and 21% less in op ion 3.
3. A e he ini ial ea men , he elas ici y o au umn ibe is 7%, 8%, 9% mo e in
op ion 1, 8%, 9% mo e in op ion 2, mois u e abso p ion (hyd a ion) o he ibe is 3%
mo e in op ion 1, 2.5%, 3% mo e in op ion 2, he inal mass o 100 kg o ibe
eplacemen is 10.2% in op ion 1, 2 i was obse ed ha i inc eased by 10.33% and
10.5% in he a ian .
4. In he main s age o wool ibe p ocessing, he diame e o wool ibe s cu in he
sp ing season dec eased by 20.7% in he 1s op ion, 20.4% in he 2nd op ion, and 20.2%
in he 3 d op ion. ha he elonga ion a b eak inc eased by 0.7% in op ion 1, by 0.8%
in op ion 2, by 1.1% in op ion 3, he uni o mi y a io inc eased by 5.75% in op ion 1,
by 6.45% in op ion 2, by 6.56% in op ion 3, he a e age ibe leng h I was shown ha
i inc eased by 2.6% in op ion 1, by 5.0% in op ion 2, and by 4.8% in op ion 3.
5. The p ocess o so ening wool ibe is a complex p ocess ha in ol es signi ican
changes no only o i s ex e nal appea ance, bu also o i s in e nal s uc u e. As a esul
o so ening, e e y s uc u e om he dime o he cu icle changes, making he ibe
so , supple, pliable, and sui able o ex ile p ocessing.
