any changes in he composi ion o p ope ies o such solu ions can immedia ely a ec he pa ien ’s
condi ion. In his ega d, in usion p epa a ions mus ha e a high deg ee o physicochemical s abili y
and s ic ly comply wi h a numbe o pa ame e s close o physiological ones: osmola i y, pH le el,
anspa ency, iscosi y, and s e ili y.
The s abili y o combined in usion solu ions is no jus a pha maceu ical indica o bu a
c i ically impo an ac o de e mining bo h he quali y o he d ug i sel and i s clinical applicabili y.
Conduc ing comp ehensi e s abili y s udies a all s ages — om de elopmen o s o age — is a
necessa y condi ion o gua an eeing he sa e y and e ec i eness o he apy wi h such dosage o ms.
Pu pose o he s udy: To in es iga e he in luence o di e en s o age condi ions on he
s abili y and o de e mine he shel li e o he in usion solu ion “Hepa on”.
Ma e ials and Me hods: In he cou se o he s udy, wo me hods we e used o de e mine
s abili y: he me hod o na u al s o age and he accele a ed aging me hod acco ding o he Tempo a y
Ins uc ion И-42-2-82. As esea ch objec s, 5 se ies o labo a o y samples o he in usion solu ion
“Hepa on” we e used.
The s udy employed sol en s, eagen s, and consumables om MERCK (Ge many), as well as
eady-made nu ien media om HIMEDIA Labo a o ies P . L d (India). The ollowing auxilia y
equipmen was also used in he es s: magne ic s i e s, Sa o ius BP-3105 analy ical elec onic
balances (Ge many), HS 32 AC s e ilize wi h au oma ion, Se en Easy pH me e s om Me le
Toledo (Swi ze land), and 766 Calima ic Knick (Ge many).
Quali a i e and quan i a i e indica o s we e de e mined in acco dance wi h he no ma i e
documen o he s udied d ug; he me hods lis ed in he S a e Pha macopoeia o he Republic o
Uzbekis an we e applied. S udies unde no mal condi ions we e ca ied ou by s o ing samples in he
abo e-men ioned packaging on labo a o y shel es and cabine s a a empe a u e o 20 ± 2 °C. Unde
na u al condi ions, samples we e aken o analysis e e y six mon hs, wi h quali y indica o s
de e mined each ime.
S udies by he accele a ed aging me hod we e ca ied ou acco ding o he Tempo a y
Ins uc ion И-42-2-82 a a empe a u e o 60 °C in an HS 32 AC he mos a . Du ing he expe imen ,
samples we e aken e e y 11.5 days, which co esponds o an equi alen s o age pe iod unde no mal
condi ions, in acco dance wi h he Ins uc ion. The o al du a ion o he expe imen was 46 days.
