by he human body. Unlike o ganic compounds in he human body, hey a e no syn hesized, bu a e
ob ained only h ough ood. The e o e, a sys ema ic s udy o he mine al composi ion o medicinal

a p omising plan wi h su icien ese es and is widely dis ibu ed in Uzbekis an. I is being s udied
o he pu pose o ob aining medicines and biologically ac i e addi i es. In he p ocess o analysis, i
is impo an o s udy he elemen al composi ion o he d y ex ac ob ained o he pu pose o
de eloping a medicine.
The objec i e o he s udy: o s udy he mac o and mic onu ien composi ion o T ibulus

Me hods and echniques: The analysis o he mac o- and mic oelemen composi ion o
T ibulus e es is d y ex ac was ca ied ou by spec al me hod. To de e mine he elemen al
composi ion, a d y ex ac in he amoun o 0.1 g (accu a e d aw) was decomposed in a mix u e o
ni ic and pe chlo ic acids (8 ml : 2 ml) in a Miles one mic owa e o en p og ammed wi h a powe o
250 o 500 W a a empe a u e o 180 o 2200°C. The esul ing solu ion was ans e ed o a 100 ml
olume ic lask, and he olume o he solu ion was b ough o he ma k wi h wa e . 10 ml o he
esul ing solu ion was di ec ly in oduced in o he sp ay chambe o he ICP-MS (induc i ely coupled
plasma mass spec ome e ) AT 7500a ins umen .
Equipmen pa ame e s: plasma powe 1200 W, in eg a ion ime 0.1 sec, pe is al ic pump
o a ion speed – 0.1 pm/sec. O he pa ame e s o he ins umen we e de e mined du ing he
adjus men p ocess and emained unchanged h oughou he en i e main enance pe iod. A
mul ielemen (27-componen ) s anda d solu ion wi h a con en o 1.0 mg/l o he necessa y
componen s was used as a s anda d.
Resul s: The analysis e ealed ha he d y ex ac o g ound black ho n con ains 50 chemical
elemen s. The iden i ied elemen s can be a anged in he ollowing o de o dec easing abundance:
Fe > Cl > Si > S > B > Al > P > Ba > Mn > S > Zn > I > Ag > Ni > K > Se > Cu > Li > Na >
Ti > Rb > Ca > W > Mg > I > Cd > Pd > V > Sc > U > Co > Mo > Sb > Z > Cs > Tl > Y > Bi > In
> Rh > Nb > Hg > Au > P > Pb > Sn.

Conclusions: Sodium, silicon, calcium, magnesium, po assium, sul u , phospho us, selenium,
i on, ch omium, manganese, coppe and zinc, iden i ied in he d y ex ac o T ibulus e es is, a e
