Me hods and echniques: I is known om he li e a u e ha Fenug eek seeds con ain a ich
composi ion o an ioxidan compounds and elemen s ha p o ide an i-in lamma o y e ec s. In
addi ion, i con ains he alkaloid igonelline, which p e en s he degene a ion o ne e cells. I
con ains phy oes ogens, which a e in ol ed in he co ec ion o endoc ine diso de s in women. In
addi ion, i con ains nico inic acid, essen ial and a y oils, s e oid saponins, la onoids, phy os e ols
and phy os e ols, annins, i amins A, C and B1, B2, B9, leci hin and many o he elemen s (i on,
phospho us, sodium, coppe , zinc, selenium, magnesium, po assium). Also, enug eek seeds con ain
almos all he amino acids necessa y o he human body, including lysine and L- yp ophan.
