o sage, peppe min lea es, chamomile lowe s, and oak ba k.
Resul s and Conclusions: A pha macognos ic analysis was conduc ed on peppe min lea es,
chamomile lowe s, oak ba k, and he ae ial pa o sage o ensu e da a eliabili y.
Mac oscopic analysis was ca ied ou on aw ma e ials o peppe min , chamomile, common
oak, and medicinal sage in acco dance wi h he equi emen s o he S a e Pha macopoeia o he
Republic o Kazakhs an, 1s edi ion.
Folia pipe i ae: The uppe su ace o he lea displays epide mal cells wi h sligh ly sinuous
walls, capi a e hai s, and essen ial oil glands. The lowe su ace shows epide mal cells wi h sinuous
walls, capi a e and mul icellula hai s, and essen ial oil glands. Along he ein, elonga ed epide mal
cells wi h s aigh walls a e ound.
Chamomile lowe s: On he inne side o he pe al, epide mal cells wi h sinuous walls,
anomocy ic s oma a, and papillose hai s a e obse ed. On he ou e side, he epide mal cells a e
na ow wi h p onounced walls, anomocy ic s oma a, and mul icellula hai s. Essen ial oil glands and
epide mal cells wi h a c ys al-bea ing shea h we e also de ec ed.

pa s also exhibi unicellula hai s, capi a e glands, and essen ial oil glands.

Nu le mic oscopy showed ha he de mal issue con ains polygonal epide mal cells, while he
