The pu pose o he s udy. To e alua e he pha macological ac i i y o 15 new compounds
syn hesized in 2023–2025, s udy hei sa e y indica o s, and de e mine he possibili ies o indus ial-
scale p oduc ion.
Me hods and me hodologies. Du ing he esea ch:
- Chemical syn hesis o 15 new compounds was ca ied ou ;
- Analgesic ac i i y was es ed in 60 whi e mice in he “ho pla e” es ;
- LD was de e mined o oxicological sa e y and he apeu ic indices o he d ugs we e
calcula ed.
Resul s. Six o he s udied compounds (40%) showed a high analgesic e ec , hei a e age
e icacy compa ed o mo phine sul a e was 85 ± 3%. In e ms o an i-in lamma o y ac i i y, ou
subs ances had a 1.3- old ad an age o e diclo enac. Toxicological s udies e ealed ha he LD ange
was 1500–2500 mg/kg, wi h a he apeu ic index o mo e han 10.
Conclusions. The esul s o he s udy showed ha 40% o he new compounds ha e high
analgesic and an i-in lamma o y ac i i y. Low oxicological isk indica o s and high he apeu ic index
allow hese d ugs o be ans e ed o he nex s age o es ing. These esul s p o ide a solid scien i ic
basis o he de elopmen o inno a i e d ugs in he pha maceu ical indus y.
