Modi ying such molecules by inco po a ing halogens, pa icula ly iodine, can
enhance hei physiological ac i i y and s abili y. Iodine-con aining o ganic
compounds a e known o in luence plan me abolism, enzyma ic eac ions, and
ho monal balance, leading o imp o ed g ow h and s ess ole ance.
