p ospe i y; hus, s udying he psychological and adminis a i e aspec s ha in luence hei pe o mance is i al. This objec i e
employed a quan i a i e me hod wi h a me hod o da a collec ion using a census inqui y app oach o examine 40 membe s h ough
ques ionnai es hen analyzed using mul iple eg ession analysis wi h SPSS 25.0 so wa e. The esul s indica e ha job sa is ac ion,
ans o ma ional leade ship, and p o isions simul aneously and pa ially hold posi i e and signi ican in luence on membe
pe o mance. In addi ion, job sa is ac ion was iden i ied as he mos domina ing a iable a ec ing pe o mance. This implies ha
membe s ha e a high le el o p oduc i i y, loyal y, and deg ee o ask pe o mance i hey eel ai ly compensa ed, be guided ask
mo i a ionally by hei leade s, and in condi ion wi h hei wo k. The e o e, his s udy sugges s ha c ea ing a mo i a ional-

1. INTRODUCTION

Addi ionally, human esou ces a e a key ac o in luencing a
company's de elopmen . A company can g ow apidly i i has

such as a lack o job sa is ac ion, leade ship changes, and
inapp op ia e compensa ion.

3. METHOD
3.1 Scope o Resea ch
The scope o his esea ch co e s human esou ce science,
speci ically examining he pe o mance o membe s o he Adi
Su jip o Ai Fo ce Base in Yogyaka a, which is in luenced by job
sa is ac ion, ans o ma ional leade ship, and compensa ion.
3.2 Resea ch Loca ion
This esea ch was conduc ed a Adi Su jip o Ai Fo ce Base in
Yogyaka a. The loca ion was chosen due o he a ailabili y o
adequa e da a ele an o he s udy's issues, accessibili y o
esponden s, and suppo om ele an pa ies.

ques ionnai e da a ha is con e ed in o numbe s (Uma , 2003). In
he p ocess, he da a p ocessing exp essed in numbe s o igu es is

3.4 Popula ion
Acco ding o Sugiyono (2017: 81), he popula ion is di ided in o
wo ypes: he sampling popula ion, also known as he esea ch
popula ion, and he a ge popula ion. The a ge popula ion is
la ge han he sampling popula ion. The sampling popula ion
e e s o he uni o analysis ha p o ides he in o ma ion o da a
equi ed by a s udy o esea ch. Meanwhile, he a ge popula ion is
all uni s o analysis wi hin he esea ch a ea. In his s udy, he
popula ion used was all 40 membe s o he Adi Su jip o Ai Fo ce
Base in Yogyaka a. Sample: In his s udy, conside ing he
popula ion size was no oo la ge, a census s udy was employed,
in ol ing all 40 membe s o he Adi Su jip o Ai Fo ce Base in
Yogyaka a, who we e s udied as a whole. Thus, his s udy is a
census s udy.
3.5 Da a Collec ion Techniques
Da a collec ion is a sys ema ic p ocedu e ha se es as he
s anda d o ob aining he da a needed o analysis. In his s udy,
he au ho employed se e al echniques in acco dance wi h he
esea ch design used, as ou lined by Sugiyono (2009). Namely,
using a ques ionnai e ins umen . A ques ionnai e is a se o
s a emen s compiled o be submi ed o esponden s. This
ques ionnai e is in ended o ob ain w i en in o ma ion om
esponden s ega ding he esea ch a iables. The p ima y pu pose
o c ea ing his ques ionnai e is o ga he in o ma ion ha is
ele an o he su ey objec i es and o ob ain da a wi h he highes
possible eliabili y and alidi y.
3.6 Da a Analysis Techniques
The me hod o da a analysis employed in his s udy was desc ip i e
analysis. A e all he da a ha e been collec ed, i will be analyzed
using app op ia e and easy- o-unde s and me hods so ha he aw
da a collec ed has meaning and signi icance in answe ing he
exis ing p oblems. The da a in ques ion can be analyzed
quan i a i ely using s a is ical models in he SPSS (S a is ical
Package o he Social Sciences) compu e p og am, e sion 25.0.

phenomenon being s udied h ough sample da a as i is, wi hou
making conclusions ha apply o he gene al popula ion (Ghozali,
2007). Desc ip i e analysis is used o desc ibe he a iables
analyzed based on he esponden s' sco es on he dis ibu ed
ques ionnai e. In his case, he mode and mean sco es a e used o
de e mine he ca ego ies o each a iable. Mul iple linea
eg ession analysis is used o de e mine he e ec o he
independen a iable (X) on he dependen a iable (Y). The
mul iple linea eg ession model used in his s udy is Ghozali

he esea che and o e eal he p oblems ha occu ed.
