As he Kazakh people became a na ion, and he coun y g ew, i was impossible o c ea e a single
powe ul s a e and decide i s own a e. Now he has aken a wo hy place among he Membe S a es o he
Uni ed Na ions and has mo ed on o mode n, ci ilized ela ions wi h o he s.
I is known ha he pe iod o Independence was no easy o Kazakhs. The e we e many days and
nigh s when he u u e o ou s a e was a s ake. The e we e acili a o s bo h among ou own and ex e nally, who
con ibu ed o he la e-up o c uci ixes. Such c i ical si ua ions can be seen on he pages o pe iodicals, which
a e he annals o ha ime.
The s a e cul u al policy included no only he s udy o he ich he i age o he Kazakh people, bu also
he e i al o i s adi ions and cus oms – hey we e supposed o en ich he daily li e o he coun y, connec ou
pas wi h he p esen and u u e(Naza baye , 2017: 84). Once again, Kazakhs ani wise people showed hei
cold-blooded pa ience, pe sis ence and pe se e ance and came h ough all di icul ies wi h g ea endu ance.

he a o Eu asia, he Balle o he Gi o T adi ion and he pop s age “Voice o Asia” became pa o wo ld a
(F-75Н; I-1; Case-4113).
In 2007 alone, mo e han 50 e en s we e held a he na ional and in e na ional le els in he ield o
cul u e and a in he amewo k o he p og am "De elopmen o he cul u al si ua ion o 2006-2008." These
include an ope a es i al, a ocal pe o mance, a puppe hea e es i al, as well as in e na ional compe i ions
and es i als o a ious gen es(F-54; I-1; Case-591). And he second o um o c ea i e and scien i ic
in elligence among he CIS pa icipan s was a clea ac o ha ensu ed he cul u al and spi i ual iden i ica ion o
people, he uni ica ion o na ions and he e lec ion o he image o Kazakhs an a he wo ld le el. In addi ion, a
epublican semina was held wi h he pa icipa ion o 102 hea e pa icipan s(F-24; I-1; Case-126).

Fo his pu pose, Kazakh-Tu kish lyceums ha e been opened since 1992 in Kokshe au, Ken au,
Alma y, Kyzylo da, Ak obe, A y au, Shymken , Zhambyl, Zhezkazgan, Ka aganda, Us -Kamenogo sk,
Taldyko gan, As ana, Kos anay, Pa loda and Semey. Cu en ly, he e we e 25 Kazakh-Tu kish lyceums and 1
p ima y school in Kazakhs an. These good deeds we e implemen ed by he Kazakh-Tu kish Educa ion Fund
(KATEV). These lyceums p o ide s uden s wi h a mode n educa ion. Pupils o he lyceum ecei e p izes in
a ious subjec Olympiads, bo h in Kazakhs an and ab oad.
