s akeholde s, concep ual ambigui y, and a ying in e p e a ions o b anding objec i es. in ol ing ci izens
in he ci y b anding p ocess is c ucial, and Moilanen (2015, p. 222) sugges s ha empowe ing ci izens o
become ambassado s o he ci y b and can ha e signi ican bene i s.
Poland has been ex ensi ely s udied in he con ex o place and ci y b anding. esea che s Pawlak
and hajduk (2019) disco e ed ha esiden s o zeszow alued cul u al di e si y, communi y openness,
ole ance, and cul u al ac i i y. simila ly, glińska and go baniuk (2016) s udy ound ha echnical in a-
s uc u e and public se ices played a c ucial ole in shaping he ci y’s image. hese s udies demons a e
he di e se p io i ies o s akeholde s in ci y b anding.
ka a a zis and ashwo h (2006) examined he challenges in ol ed in aligning he in e es s o mul iple
s akeholde s in ci y b anding e o s. hey emphasized he di e en oles o ‘use s’, ‘owne s’, and ‘go e -
no s’ in de e mining a ci y’s image. B and and Mo anges (2011) used B and concep Maps (BcM) o
analyze he pe cep ions o local and in e na ional s uden s abou liege, Belgium, as a uni e si y own.

music scene. acco ding o he koso o agency o s a is ics, as o 2020, he popula ion o koso o was
1,798,188, wi h o e 40% o hem being young people be ween 25-54 yea s old and o e 200,000 li ing
in he diaspo a. he las census was conduc ed in 2011, and P ish ina has a popula ion o 198,897 and
co e s an a ea o 523 km2.
