se ial co ela ion. (We con i med, by an F es , ha he omission es ic ions
a e join ly accep able; homogenei y wi h espec o p ices had o be
assumed.) As an indica o o esidual au oco ela ion, we employed he
modi ied LM(1) es , i s discussed by Du bin (1970). S abili y was assessed
by he Chow p edic ion es (o pa ame e -cum- a iance equali y), wi h
1980 as he in e media e b eakpoin , in iew o he se e i y o he second oil
shock o middle income coun ies, such as G eece, see B uno and Sachs

III. Conclusions
