nesses ha e been compelled o hal o es ic hei ope a ions, leading o signi ican declines in e e-
nues. consequen ly, companies, indus ies, and ma ke s ha e had o swi ly adap o ensu e hei ma ke
posi ioning, o e all pe o mance, sus ainabili y, and he well-being o hei employees (g özinge
e  al., 2022).

accomplish desi ed ou comes h ough hei own ac ions (Bandu a, 1978). sel -e icacy helps employee o
eel mo e con idence and con ic ion in hei capaci y o mobilize he necessa y mo i a ion, cogni i e
esou ces, and ac ions o success ully pe o m a speci ic ask wi hin a gi en con ex (s ajko ic &
lu hans, 1998).
On he o he hand, esilience is cha ac e ized as he capaci y o e ec i ely ebound om challenges
and adap in a posi i e manne . wi hin an o ganiza ion, esilience enhances he employee abili y o
eco e om ad e si y, con lic , ailu e and inc ease hei esponsibili ies. employees who possess esil-
ience a e be e equipped o manage s ess, na iga e con lic , lea n om ailu e, ackle new challenges,
and able o main ain hei pe o mance and e en su pass p e ious le els o success in he ace o di i-
cul ies (lu hans, 2002; lu hans e  al., 2007b). las ly, op imism e e s o a posi i e ou look o belie in
achie ing success in bo h he p esen and u u e (lu hans, 2002; seligman, 1998). Op imism can enhance
indi idual mo i a ion and os e a posi i e expec ancy, leading o imp o ed pe o mance ou comes.
in he e a o he endemic, i ’s widely acknowledged ha human capi al becomes mo e suscep ible o
psychological issues such as s ess and anxie y, leading o a signi ican dec ease in pe o mance (aknin
e al., 2022; Hel on & Head, 2012; obinson e al., 2022), as well as in inno a ion, and c ea i i y (lu hans
e  al., 2007b; swee man e  al., 2011). Mo eo e , many indus ies a e also acing a ious challenges

panies’ compe i i e ad an age (le e al., 2018), especially in he e a o he endemic.

esilience, Bass (1990) p oposes ha l in e p e challenges as oppo uni ies o g ow h, encou aging

( ego e  al., 2012).

Social Psychology (SocPsych)

on he psychological p ocesses o indi iduals in social con ex s and highligh s he social na u e o human
