ion o he in e ne and mobile phones has comple ely changed he online scena io. he in e ne ’s apid
pene a ion has massi ely u ned a ound business ac i i ies, and in e ne -enabled business has become
a new phenomenon ( uiz Ma é & Sanz Blas, 2006). Conside ing he massi e se o ad an ages ha he
business o e s online, consume s ha e also shi ed hei base owa ds online shopping and s a ed
explo ing he di e se a enues o he business. Online shopping is one aspec he p esen -day cus ome
is hooked on (Deng e al., 2021). he a ie y o o e s in he o ms o coupons, sales, luc a i e discoun s,
and ea u es o ins an anei y, localisa ion, and supe -pe sonalisa ion ha e a ac ed many cus ome s o
hese pla o ms and o shop online (Pan e  al., 2017). Online shopping is no es ic ed o elec onics,
appa el, o basic needs. he pe iphe y o online shopping has expanded i s limi s o e e y a enue. F om
basic needs o ood, a el, bookings, and o he desi es, humans can hink can be done and p e e ed
online ( eo, 2002; Wani & Wajid, 2016). he bene i s, he lexibili y, and he b oade possibili ies ha e
made his he mos easible op ion among he consume . he ecen COViD-19 pandemic has also
enhanced online shopping owing o inc eased sales (Soa es e  al., 2023). he spending and pu chase
habi s ha e changed a e he massi e pandemic hi (al a ez- isco e  al., 2022; uong & uong, 2022).

a o dable and p ac ical han in-pe son ansac ions (Ven e & kolbe, 2020). he cus ome will likely ha e

o i s use ulness and endency o use i mo e equen ly (Sukno & Pascual del iquelme, 2019). as a
esul , he pe cei ed ease o use is c ucial o he online shopping expe ience and is closely ied o he
in en ions o pu chase (Moslehpou e  al., 2018). addi ionally, nume ous esea ch s udies ha e al eady
examined and de e mined he connec ion be ween pe cei ed u ili y and pe cei ed ease o use, as well
as how hose wo ac o s ela e o he in en ion o pu chase (Celik & Yilmaz, 2011; Chopda e al., 2022;
kim, 2012; Manis & Choi, 2019; Sukno & Pascual del iquelme, 2019) which b ings us o ame he
