ma ke s d i e he eme ge o omnichannel s a egies. indonesia’s in e ne economy is expec ed o each
$146 billion by 2025 (seaDs, 2021), wi h p edominan ly ma ke based in Ja a (s a is ik, 2022). he e o e,
unde s anding online cus ome shopping is impo an especially hei decision-making p ocess ha allow
ma ke e o ailo hei ma ke ing s a egies (g ewal & ogge een, 2020).

basic concep o omnichannel ha pays a en ion o he con enience, con enience, and shopping expe-
ience o consume s and emo es he bounda ies be ween o line and online (laza is e  al., 2021). he
omnichannel s a egy in indonesia began o be ecognized in 2018 and he implemen a ion o he
omnichannel sys em is s ill ela i ely small due o he lack o knowledge and abili y o manage omni-
channel. good omnichannel implemen a ion needs o be based on a dynamic consume needs o ien-
a ion. he challenges aced by managemen a e knowing when and he igh way o communica e o

epu chase in en ion (Bo ga d , 2020) he e o e, means-end is he sui able me hod o ca ego ize he
