enhancing he pe o mance o islamic banks in indonesia, which can be implemen ed

as he la ges Muslim coun y globally, indonesia is a po en ial ma ke o islamic banking. he e o e,

employees, subo dina es, o he people being led, o achie e se goals and help c ea e a p oduc i e
cul u e.

he alues o he main goal (Ra nasa i, gunawan, Mawa di, e al., 2020). e hical egula ions a e imple-

al-Kazemi, 2007).
